Best and Easiest Car Buying Experience We've Ever Had! This is my 6th car purchase and was the BEST and EASIEST experience I've ever had! Our salesman was Barry Kramer and this was first time we purchased This is my 6th car purchase and was the BEST and EASIEST experience I've ever had! Our salesman was Barry Kramer and this was first time we purchased from Team Toyota of Princeton. We wanted a used car for my 17 yr old son and had been searching most of the summer. I suggested we stop at Team Toyota as we were driving by, long story short, we met Barry and found the perfect used SUV! We told him we were looking for a used car under $10,000 with everything included. He was the ONLY salesman we met over the entire summer who respected our budget limit! He was patient with my son's questions, really friendly, didn't pressure us and knew in a few cars exactly what my son wanted/needed. My son fell in love with one Barry recommended. There was no back and forth hassle with negotiating, we asked for it to be reduced to what we thought was fair after investigating on-line all summer and he agreed. He didn't try to half the discount and then half it again like I've experienced with frustration at other dealers. We went back the next day after it was detailed and it was better than we remembered! Their service/detail dept had fixed all the little "glitches"/dings/worn spots being a used car so it was like new! The purchase paperwork part only took 10 minutes which never happens. He even took my son's picture with his new car to document the big day and emailed it to my son so we now have a memory of this milestone! We want to thank Barry and highly recommend both him and Team Toyota - we actually had an AWESOME EXPERIENCE and I never thought I'd say that about buying a car! More
