After my sister purchased her vechile my husband wanted to get a pick up truck so we definetly knew we had to go with Adrian. We went in that day told him what we were looking for. That same day we walked out with the truck he wanted. Adrian was always so professional and helpful that night he stayed until midnight with us until we were done doing all the paper work and ready to go home. He is a very hard working and caring person. Since then my family has bought 4 cars from him. I would definetly recommend working with Adrian he is a great person and salesman! More

Fabulous, relaxing From the time we stepped onto the lot, Steve Vita greeted us and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. He was not one of those overbearing sales From the time we stepped onto the lot, Steve Vita greeted us and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. He was not one of those overbearing salesman that tries to push himself on you but was very relaxing and accommodating. He took us right to the car that we specifically came to look at. He got the keys and we went for a test drive. He gave us our space for my wife and I to look at the car without standing over our shoulder and gave us time to speak together about our purchase when we went into the office everything got figured out right away. The buying process was painless and worry-free. I would recommend Team Toyota of Princeton to anyone and expecially Steve Vita for a Salesman. Sales was good, error or financing caused many problems I purchased a new car w/ cash. The sales (Roger) was good, picked it out, had paperwork ready next day etc., etc. However, I never rec'd a title. A I purchased a new car w/ cash. The sales (Roger) was good, picked it out, had paperwork ready next day etc., etc. However, I never rec'd a title. As Toyota suggested, I went to an auto tags place to get a "replacement?" (not sure if its really a replacement as I didn't get one to start with) and the tags place said there was a lien on the car by Toyota. This was mainly due to an out of state sale. They are located in NJ, I am in PA and when they sent the paperwork, they did admit they did not send it correctly so I am in the midst of still waiting for a title on my car which I hoped to swap with one of my kids next week. Looks like that won't be able to happen due to the lack of tending to this problem. Three weeks from my original call, nobody took it any steps further, it was still at step 1, my original phone call. If I lived in NJ, I'd be all for buying from them again, but I will never buy out of state again. I have done all the calling, they have not called me to update me. Today at 10:33, I was told someone would call me within 1/2 hour. It's 11:14... I will take this comment down once I have my title, if it's before I leave on my trip. More

From the first call to see if the vehicle I was interested in was still on the lot, to his "no pressure" follow up phone call, to his understanding of my financial situation at that moment, to test drive day he was fantastic to work with. I felt he really wanted me to get the best deal possible...I was very happy with the trade in amount I was offered on my 13 year old truck which had over 260,000 miles (YAY Toyota!) on it. That part of the process was easy...my only warning would to be sure you read EVERYTHING before signing once you head over to meet with the finance folks...I ended up with the added $2000 cost of an extended warrantee I never was asked if I wanted. After some research and a few phone calls I was offered the same money back guarantee they give for new car purchases...seems like a win win situation! I'm loving my truck and look forward to another 260,000+ miles!!! More
