From the first call to see if the vehicle I was interested in was still on the lot, to his "no pressure" follow up phone call, to his understanding of my financial situation at that moment, to test drive day he was fantastic to work with. I felt he really wanted me to get the best deal possible...I was very happy with the trade in amount I was offered on my 13 year old truck which had over 260,000 miles (YAY Toyota!) on it. That part of the process was easy...my only warning would to be sure you read EVERYTHING before signing once you head over to meet with the finance folks...I ended up with the added $2000 cost of an extended warrantee I never was asked if I wanted. After some research and a few phone calls I was offered the same money back guarantee they give for new car purchases...seems like a win win situation! I'm loving my truck and look forward to another 260,000+ miles!!! More

Joe is the antithesis of what people think of when they think of a used car salesman. He not aggressive or condescending--instead, he's friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Joe showed us the cars we thought we were interested in, but then a red beauty with low mileage on the sales floor caught my eye. Joe switched gears smoothly and went about showing us this different car. Before we knew it, we were taking a test drive and then the real drive home in our new gently-used Prius! Dare I say it? It was a fun afternoon! When I went back a few weeks later to have my license plates put on, the process couldn't have been smoother or more pleasant--I was in and out in five minutes. The entire experience from start to finish was exactly how any car buying transaction should be. Professional, friendly, informative and quick, with a true exchange of value. My daughter and I test drove 3-4 cars before finally settling on a Toyota Camry Hybrid. Once I had decided on the type of car, the process (including financing) was completed in about 1.5 hours. All my questions were answered honestly. I left feeling that I bought the car I truly wanted rather than a car they were trying to "sell" me. Exceptional experience I visited Team Toyota to look at a 2013 Toyota Corolla I saw online. The Corolla was okay but I wasn't in love with it. I also planned on test driving I visited Team Toyota to look at a 2013 Toyota Corolla I saw online. The Corolla was okay but I wasn't in love with it. I also planned on test driving a Honda Civic too but Mike insisted I test drive "the best car in the planet", a Toyota Prius. Mike was knowledgable with the global warming situation and insisted I could help have a positive impact with the environment by owning one. I enjoyed the test drive but Mike sealed the deal when he told me Al Gore, Leo DiCaprio, George Cloony among other celebrities who actually own a Prius. The Prius was about $3,000 over my max budget but when I left the dealership and got home my gasoline average read 54. Maybe it is "the best car on the planet"? More
