Technical Expertise Lacking The staff, shuttle service is all very good. As for the service : Had my break done for about $600 -but they did not do a good job. Other mechanics who saw it said its a badly done andd have to do it again, Reported some sounds again - they said it was from my radio - later had it done at AAA, who found out it was from the wheel hub. Great lot with good people I am weary and defensive when making big financial decisions, but dealing with Ray Medina at the used car lot took the stress out of car shopping and I am weary and defensive when making big financial decisions, but dealing with Ray Medina at the used car lot took the stress out of car shopping and negotiation and even made the car buying experience enjoyable. Quality at its BEST, No need to hassle. From the time I stepped in the door, I was treated with respect and great customer service. I knew what I wanted and felt NO pressure from the salesman. I test drove 3 cars and never did I feel like I was rushed or hurried into a decision. I had some financial hardships on my credit report due to a helping a family matter out, however Lou treated me as if I had perfect credit and fought to get me approved in what I wanted. I have no complaints , only praise from my experience....I am a Quality Manager at my job and I felt the same quality being given back to me.... Hassle free Great Experience! I had been looking for a used 4 Runner for 3 months with no luck. I stopped in Team Toyota one day just to check out the lot. After looking around I w I had been looking for a used 4 Runner for 3 months with no luck. I stopped in Team Toyota one day just to check out the lot. After looking around I was approached by Kevin Camphausen (salesman). Kevin was very friendly and helpful any questions I had he answered or got someone who could. He had one older 4 Runner on the lot so we took it for a drive. After the test drive I knew my search was finally over. At no point during the test drive or any conversation did I feel pressured to buy. Once I did decide to make an offer Kevin introduced me to Mike Higgins (the numbers guy) Mike was also very friendly and strightforward. The entire experience was great I wish all the cars I purchased went this easy. From now on I will start my car shopping at Team Toyota!!! Thanks Team Toyota sailing season will be great this year with my 4 Runner to pull the boat. More
