Fast and excellent buying experience! I had just totaled my older vehicle and needed another car ASAP. It had been quite a few years since I had purchased a car and I wasn't looking forward to all the hassle I remembered from back then. To my surprise, Team Toyota was really great! Kevin Camphausen made this dreaded experience so easy and fast! He and the other salespeople were so friendly and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. I felt that I could trust them to help me decide on the vehicle that would meet all my needs at a price I could afford. Thank you Kevin and Team Toyota! Perfect first dealership experience for my son I have purchased many cars from different dealerships in my life time and I must say that that Team Toyota of Princeton was 1 of the best car buying e I have purchased many cars from different dealerships in my life time and I must say that that Team Toyota of Princeton was 1 of the best car buying experiences have ever had. As I entered the dealership I was greeted by Kevin Camphausen, and his attention to my exact needs was perfect. It only took me and my son a few minutes to find that car we wanted at the price we agreed upon. I also had the pleasure of meeting with 1 of the sales managers and finance accountants and everything went smooth with no hassle or pressure. Thanks Team Toyota of Princeton, you made my sons first dealership experience better then I could have imagined. I highly recommend for new buyers or older experienced buyers like myself. More

Great Experience!! I gotta tell u... I've been looking for my 15 Tacoma for 5 months with the color, options and everything I wanted in my new truck.. I called my friend I gotta tell u... I called my friend in VA who runs Springfield Toyota in VA and asked him to do a locate on what I was looking for... The original dealer that I left a $1000 deposit on gave me a run around for 5 months and even told me they "Factory Ordered" it.. That was BS... My friend from VA told me a Team Toyota in Princeton had EXACTLY what I wanted and gave me a Great deal!!! Barry and Jeff r both Great guys and its an Awesome dealer to do Buisness with!!! And I'm in the the Biz!!!! Thanks to ALL THE STAFF!!! And thank u for my Tacoma!!! Highly recommend this Dealer!! Thanks Guys!! More

once the car was sold, no call backs or emails I was given a temporary registration. it expired. I received a ticket. I paid $500 in fees for the car to be registered. I was called a month after the sales for my insurance binder and the car was never registered until a month after it was purchased!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! everything was overnighted once I contacted better business bureau. my salesman never called still!!!!!!! and patty the administration yelled at me because I was not satisfied with how it was handled. how they let me drive an unregistered car for two weeks!!!!!! told me to continue driving it and then sent a dealer plate!!!!?? I purchased a car I couldn't drive for a week and I got no reimbursement. I was told to pay the ticket and they'll reimburse me, yet they don't return calls!???????????????? horrible. keith is horrible, Robert was awful, and patty was by far the worst. More

Awesome I was looking for a used car and this dealership was great to work with. Mike DiDonato was my salesman and he was straight forward, honest, and frien I was looking for a used car and this dealership was great to work with. Mike DiDonato was my salesman and he was straight forward, honest, and friendly. The general manager was also great to work with and gave me a great deal on both my purchase as well as my trade in. They don't play games with you and never pressure you. They are the nicest salesmen I have ever worked with (And I've been to 10 other dealerships in search of my car.) I enjoyed my experience so much that I recommended this dealership to 2 other friends. I live far away but would come back here because they were so nice and awesome salesmen to work with.
