I had gone to several onsite dealerships and online car websites during the week prior to Christmas (2020) looking for a Toyota Tundra. Each time left me feeling like I needed a shower from dealing with s websites during the week prior to Christmas (2020) looking for a Toyota Tundra. Each time left me feeling like I needed a shower from dealing with slimy sales managers and bad customer service. It happened by chance that I came to Team Toyota of Princeton. I was originally looking for a Tundra that I saw on TrueCar.com located at a different dealership. Jessy Rivera was polite and quick to show me what she had in stock by way of Tundras. I was quick to walk off the lot anyways to see the Tundra I had originally picked out online. Once I got to the dealership that had the Tundra I was looking for, I was shocked by the egregiously low standard of customer service that was provided. Based solely on her excellent customer service, I quickly went back to Jessy Rivera with Team Toyota of Princeton to see what kind of deal we could work out. By the time I came back from my test driver, Jessy had already worked out a trade in value for my previous truck and was willing to work with me on the price to get everything within my budget.
