They have a WORST customer service ever. I have been going to Team Toyota of Princeton since 2008 but I'll never use them again after how I was treated. I received an email coupon from them, which was c going to Team Toyota of Princeton since 2008 but I'll never use them again after how I was treated. I received an email coupon from them, which was catered to my 2008 Camry for Synthetic oil change and they didn't honor it and when I asked why they didn't have answer. Then Vishala Patel and Michele Rosen both service managers started talk to each other right front of me saying he does this all the time. Whereas Jan 2020 I forgave Vishala last time because I requested the Synthetic oil and without my permission she put in the regular oil. When I went home and saw the receipt, she said that's the oil you need. I was really frustrated but I had to take my car back and change it to Synthetic oil which I have always been using. Don't waste time with these people who will disrespect you and waste your time. Since then I have been going to either Liberty or DCH Toyota and they both are the best in Customer Service. More
