VERY WELL ORGANIZED DEALERSHIP Leased a new Avalon over a period of two days after checking prices with other dealerships that were not Toyota. The car and color we wanted finally was found and the monthly lease payment was reasonable due to the fact that Team Toyota paid the last 3 months and disposition fee on the old lease. They also took our old 2015 leased Toyota Avalon with damage to the right passenger rear bumper AS IS and said they would fix the damage to the car. This saved me my Insurance deductible and the time it would take to get estimates and the time it would take to fix the vehicle. THIS WAS WELL APPRECIATED. More

Overall Good Service I needed 2 new tires to replace those that were damaged from road hazards. The service people are friendly and helpful. My car was taken for service r I needed 2 new tires to replace those that were damaged from road hazards. The service people are friendly and helpful. My car was taken for service right away and I was told that it would not take very long. However after 90 minutes of waiting without any updates, I needed to ask for a status. I was told that it would be another 15-20 minutes which wound up to be 30 minutes. The next day I needed to return to the dealer since the air stem cap was missing on one of the new tires; I guess it was an oversight. The service person was very apologetic. Also on another topic, it would be nice if paper plates, napkins and utensils would have been available in the eating area. More
