They are rude, mismanaged, not trustworthy Do not take any words from this dealership, not even a quote in writing! They do everything to get you there; they do not honor what they wrote. I Do not take any words from this dealership, not even a quote in writing! They do everything to get you there; they do not honor what they wrote. I was researching online e-quotes from a few dealers. This dealership got my contact info online and called me when I already got a nice quote from another dealer and had no interest to start another conversation. This internet sales person Joshua persuaded me that he would beat the competitor's quote and got his general sales manager Ron's approval. He emailed me a written quote, and persuaded me to come in to their dealership on the same day to pay and take the car home. He called me twice to confirm my arrival time. Upon my arrival, he simply told me that the car was no longer available and I had to switch to a higher trim model with lower discount. They refused to locate a similar car, and refused to honor proportional discount. Their sales manager and sales director even indicated that you should go to other dealers despite the fact that their salesman Joshua pursued me to drive all the way to their dealer and wasted all my time here. Do not trust their e-quote. Do not trust their words. Do not trust their written agreement. They simply try to allure you to their dealership and sell you another car that you don't want. The problem is with their internet sales rep, their sales manager, and their sales director. This is a mismanaged place, And they are rude. More

surprise purchase but glad I did I stopped in for a quick 25K mi. maintenance visit on my Prius V, finished and was ready to leave when I was offered an early lease termination deal. I stopped in for a quick 25K mi. maintenance visit on my Prius V, finished and was ready to leave when I was offered an early lease termination deal. I was in no way prepared to shop especially because of an approaching snow storm. Nestor, the sales associate, asked me what I was interested in if anything, listened and told me that there were a couple promotions that might interest me. With 2 kids in school I told him that monthly cost was by far my biggest concern. He said we may be able to lower my monthly costs, didn't try to show me anything that was out of my price range and also tried to understand my other "must haves"; safety features, fuel economy, and room for road-tripping with my family of 4 and our gigantic old English sheepdog. I thought I was set on another Prius but ended up driving out into the storm with an AWD RAV4, my first! It was a good thing too because the snow was nearly 12" deep. On the way back, I must have passed more than a half-dozen stranded cars on un-plowed roads. I never slipped, slid, or got stuck even from a complete stop! I'd never felt so secure. Although my monthly costs didn't go down, I did manage to get all of the extras that I needed; gap/ T&W insurance, 45K miles, weather mats, and a bigger AWD car for one month down. The best part was that I didn't feel pressured into making a decision. Nestor was very up front that if this didn't make sense now we'd just talk again in 6 months. But if it did work out I'd probably come away with a "home-run" of a deal...which feels great So thank you Nestor for the RAV and the experience! I More
Old school sales tactics, disorganization and misinformation Not a fan. Old school, high pressure sales tactics with warranties slid in without knowledge. Need to watch every line. This isn't 1986. My wife and I cannot say enough about Rob. We felt that he gave us the quality of attention, customer service , and flexibility that we consistently experienced over the years with our prior salesperson. Rob handled the ending of our leases and the transition to new vehicle leases with expert professionalism. We look forward to working many more years with Rob on our vehicle leases and if you are contemplating a Toyota purchase or lease from this excellent dealership be sure you ask for Rob to be your sales person.
