Good service As we entered Team Toyota, I mumbled to my husband, "get ready to be ignored". Ever since the building was redesigned and I (and I have noticed other customers) have entered the reception area,I stand on the carpet, employee heads are down, no eye contact anywhere, and there is awkward silence until someone gives up and calls you over. This time, however, as soon as I entered a friendly voice rang out "how can I help you?" and I was immediately waved over by a lovely man named Dan Marjarum. Dan was welcoming and thorough, explaining everything about the service I thought I needed. I left the building and shortly thereafter Dan called with an update of my car's condition and told me when it would be ready. He called again when the car was ready for pickup. What a pleasure to work with such a nice man with excellent customer service skills. As always, the repairs were done more than satisfactorily. Don't know who actually did the repairs, but all is perfect. More
