Everything was pleasant about the experience -- from dropping off the car with the valet, to Shannon's great service, to the well-isolated quiet area of the waiting room (with good wifi) where I was able to start my work day while waiting for car to be done. Excellent 45,000 mile service! Dan Marjarum made sure that the 45,000 mile service on my car today was done excellently and completely. First, he explained to me what would be done during the service. In addition to the regular service, we discussed a problem with my windshield wipers and a problem with the opening of my trunk. Dan met with me after the service was started to explain what was found. My 5 year old car battery needed to be replaced. I am grateful that this was found during the service instead of my being stranded somewhere with a bad battery. Dan himself cleaned the twigs and dirt from the lining of my trunk and then used a spray. (He explained to me that the twigs were preventing the water from draining down the car. Instead, the water was trapped by the twigs, forming a seal that prevented the trunk from opening.). After the service was completed, Dan explained everything that was done. He was very complete, patient, and nice. He even walked outside with me to my car as I had a question about the tire caps. Dan replaced them. I was thrilled with the whole service. It was extremely thorough (including making sure that the spare tire was properly inflated) and done excellently. I will definitely go back to Team Toyota of Princeton and see Dan for my next service! Thank you Dan! More
