"Dream car a reality" I have never purchased a pre-owned vehicle. I got a great price and a great trade in value on my Infiniti G35 Coupe. It was by far my best car buying experience. Bye Bye Escape I was first drawn to the 2018 RAV4 (Adventure) by its striking features when on display at a local mall. The surprise was further extended when I saw how reasonable the MSRP was along with the dealer discount. The good vibes were confirmed when I made arrangements with Team Toyota in Princeton to discuss the vehicle. I am coming off a 2015 Ford Escape lease and there was nothing about the 2018 models that excited me, not to mention it was more expensive than the RAV4, comparably equipped. Don't get me wrong the Escape is a solid vehicle with a great ride, but the style seemed to be stuck in 2015. What sold me about the 2018 Toyota was the numbers were as advertised, a solid test drive experience, and the safety features that Ford would have you pay much more to have as an option. My salesman, Roger, was a straight up guy who answered every question I had. He was also responsive by email and text when I was at work. Toyota financing sometimes reminded me of dealing with a discount airline, which was sometimes annoying, but not a deal breaker. A great price for your airfare, but your luggage is not included (WTH). Offering additional costs for several items, like GAP insurance, tires, rims was a real turn off, but the buyer has the option to decline it. I get two years FREE basic maintenance up to 25K miles, which will save me about $200-$300. Normally you have to spend $40K and more for that type of deal. The staff was pleasant and I never felt 'pressured' to make a decision. I'm an experienced car shopper, so that helped get the deal done as I knew what I wanted before going to Team Toyota. I'm very excited about my new RAV4 Adventure and hopefully the Jersey winter will allow me to get out more. I have two vehicles and the new baby has been in the garage since it came home. I really want to get started with configuring the Entune system and adding a remote start. As a new customer to TT of Princeton, I am interested to see how future visits go. We still have another Ford in the family so it will be great to see how one out shines the other the next few years for my business More

When I chose to have the car's front end aligned, as was recommended, she offered me a loaner so i could spend the afternoon at home, or, alternatively, a driver who could take me home.
