Best new car purchase in my life (so far)! I purchased a Toyota Prius Prime on 08/29/17, and it was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had so far. I dealt with Roger Jespe I purchased a Toyota Prius Prime on 08/29/17, and it was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had so far. I dealt with Roger Jespersen, who is the Internet Sales/Lease consultant, who ended up being my salesman; usually I get acquainted with internet sales first as a liaison online, and then get assigned a "floor" salesperson, but today I had the good fortune of working solely with Roger. It was a pleasant experience working with him, from the initial online price quote to the final sales price and trade-in process and most importantly the test drive. He was very informative and knowledgeable with Prius vehicles, so it was a real treat listening to the informative words of wisdom from him. When it came time for the finance portion of the process, there was no pressure whatsoever, but I was convinced with purchasing a Pre-paid maintenance plan because it sounded like a good deal (plus with the money that I saved, I thought it was okay for me to splurge a little!). In and out in just about 3 1/2 hours, which wasn't too bad. I would recommend coming back for a future purchase, provided that Mr. Jespersen will be there again to be my salesperson! More

Rude manager , incorrect information Found a certified pre-owned 2014 Toyota highlander LE Plus on the dealer site which looked right priced. Salesman was very nice, friendly and helpful. Found a certified pre-owned 2014 Toyota highlander LE Plus on the dealer site which looked right priced. Salesman was very nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately found on carfax that car was after accident. We were told the 2nd accident (not reported) was caused in dealership and they would repair it before selling. I expected price to be reduced considerably for a car with 2 accidents. The manager came out for discussion and was very rude and told me they don't negotiate and all their cars are right priced and claimed that as they dont have any hidden costs, prices are fair. Given that website does not clearly mention the accidents and the attitude of the manager, I would definitely spend my money elsewhere. I just can't trust now that any other car they offer me would be without faults and that the certification done by them actually means anything. More

I finally chose a particular style but needed a different color; he took the to,e and trouble to call other dealers to find the color I wanted. Overall, he and the dealership were highly professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Team Toyota to anyone doing space shopping. More
