They generally have exceeded my expectations, only equalled by my Lexus dealer. I now own a new Prius Prime Advanced and take both that, and my Lexus, to Team for service - VERY happily. Service for both is rapid, honest and not expensive. They have never tried to sell me anything that was not needed, and provided thorough explanations of all procedures. The sales process was a true delight. Rob knew everything about the car (as did I, before arriving) and made the experience reassuringly wonderful. More
