Bad Service Overall I was happy with the Ted Britt Sales Department, but now that I bought my Tahoe dealing with the Service department is a different story. Firs Overall I was happy with the Ted Britt Sales Department, but now that I bought my Tahoe dealing with the Service department is a different story. First I had to take my brand new 2014 Tahoe back into the service department three times for a drive belt noise issue. After the third time and the service manage getting involved they finally fixed it. Next when my wife took the vehicle in for the 7500 mile oil service she was told that they do not like to provide a loaner vehicle for just oil changes. When the policy is first come first serve on the loaner 4 life program. When she brought this up, the guy gave her an attitude and provided a Chevy Sonic to drive (2014 Tahoe LTZ $50,000+ = Chevy Sonic $13,000). On top of that when I called the day before to schedule the appointment I asked that they use Full Synthetic in the vehicle versus the Synthetic Blend, but the paperwork I got back said they did put the Full Synthetic in the vehicle instead they used the Synthetic Blend. From my experience they can usually manage to put the oil you ask for at the Wal-Mart tire lube express, but this dealership service department who should be at a much higher standard could not manage to do this. Overall so far this is the worst dealership service department I have ever dealt with. From the looks of the other bad reviews their seems to be a pattern. More

A Good Experience I don't usually shop dealers due to some unpleasant experiences - waiting a hour while they 'check with the manager' on an offer I've made; high press I don't usually shop dealers due to some unpleasant experiences - waiting a hour while they 'check with the manager' on an offer I've made; high pressure to 'by now at this price because it's only valid today' and other patently transparent xxxxxxto get you to buy. From start to finish, however, this was a pleasant and professional experience. The salesman, Ahmed, and the manager were both pleasant and upfront in dealing with me. The car is great and the Certified warranty is great, as well. Everyone I dealt with, including the other salesmen who were around, were courteous and helpful. There was a minor glitch with the car just after I left and when I called they had a service person ready to take care of it s soon as I arrived and It was quickly corrected. One of the Britt family was there and thanked me for purchasing a vehicle from them and let me know they were ready to do all they could to make this purchase a good experience for me, which it was and is. I felt that they were genuinely interested and not just giving 'Lip service' to me or 'saying the appropriate things' just to make a sale. When it is time for me to purchase another vehicle, this will be the dealer I go to first. More
