As a retired Naval officer, I used my USAA Buying Services privileges, which instantly generate a flurry of communication from the auto dealers in my local area. Tedd Britt Chevrolet responded quickly, but with a professional, low-key approach. Spencer Rothermal not only did an outstanding job of finding the Chevy Equinox I was looking for, but also sending me a short video of the vehicle accompanied by a no-pressure sales pitch to come in and test drive it. I was happy to follow up and the deal was done effortlessly and exactly on the timeline I needed. Superior Service The service that this team gave to me was AWESOME!!!!! I had a less than stellar experience at another dealer in my hometown, which is almost two hour The service that this team gave to me was AWESOME!!!!! I had a less than stellar experience at another dealer in my hometown, which is almost two hours away from Ted Britt. I then researched the internet to find the car of my dreams. I located it at Ted Britt. I called and spoke with Omar who took time out of his busy schedule to go outside, take pictures of the vehicle and send it to me. I instantly knew that this was the car for me. I called Omar back and started the financing process. We had this completed with in 15 minutes! When I arrived at Ted Britt, they had everything ready to go and were extremely friendly. Spencer was wonderful explaining the car's features to me and Donald made the finance process seamless. I was in my new vehicle and on my way back to Richmond within a couple of hours. I highly recommend these fine people to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. Care and Pride As soon as I drove to the service bay Dan Boling was there with a friendly smile, and a "Howdy". Eddie is a fantastic mechanic, he understands my 2001 Corvette needs and sees to it that he covers all of my concerns. My car was well looked after and I was out of there in record time. I am continually impressed with the Service Department, top down, they have taken care of me and my 2001 Corvette as if it was their own. More
