The appraisal for our previous car (2008 Malibu) seemed fair, and there was no pressure for us to buy. Both Anthony and Omar were totally professional in their dealings with us in selecting our new vehicle (2014 Cruze). I recently had to have my 2014 Corvette Stingray towed in for an unexpected warranty item. I contacted the service department and was greeted by Shawn Wilcox. Shawn walked me through the process of arrangi for an unexpected warranty item. I contacted the service department and was greeted by Shawn Wilcox. Shawn walked me through the process of arranging for a flatbed tow via Roadside Assistance and called me once my vehicle arrived. He called back a few hours later with the diagnosis and informed me of the process over the next couple of days. Shawn was great throughout the whole process and kept me informed on the progress. I unfortunately didn't purchase my car from this dealer but I have now found where my car will be serviced from now on.
