I took my 2010 Chevy Equinox in for an oil consumption issue and got excellent service. Chris Thomas and Rob Wilkey took care of everything for us. They were very friendly and treated us like VIPs. We talked and I explained what we were looking for and he found it and had it ready for us to come in and look at. When we arrived the car was ready for viewing, mabye not 110% detailed but pretty darn nice since h had just found it. the car buying experience was a plaeasure and my wife and I both looked at each other how great an experience it was. Straight forward and a done deal. There were some options we wanted added and the folks over in the show room worked with us to get us what we wanted and I think gave us a fair deal, I will know if it was really great when I get it all done and completed. Which brings me to my next point, Vanessa has made a great effort to follow up with me to make sure we are on track for the right parts and time to be there to get it done, as a matter of fact I dropped it off this morning for the extras being added. Vanessa came down to check on me while turning in the Tahoe and Brain has called me to ensure I was happy with the deal. He is suppose to get me my floor mats and second key while the Tahoe is in getting the additions to it. I will report on the service call once I get it back. If it is as good as the sales team and what I got a brief view of this mornign I will be a Ted Britt Customer 4 Life. Thanks so far, Dan More

I bought a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan yesterday and decided today to take them up on their offer of a loaner today till the minivan is finished getting its interior and exterior protectant applied. Thanks to Lara and Vanessa for introducing me to a life-saver product! With my four kids, I'll need it. :) Since I'd declined the offer of a loaner yesterday, they were not prepared for me to change my mind. Today, everyone scrambled to make sure I had another wonderful vehicle as the loaner. Their guarantees simply can't be beat! I trust them to stand by their products. I worked with Chris Thomas and Tom Linnehan for a repair for my Chevy Avalanche. I found Chris to be very knowledgeable and honest. Chris went out of his way to answer all my questions, was very patient and for my Chevy Avalanche. I found Chris to be very knowledgeable and honest. I had a minor issue with my lights and he was able to quickly fix it and didn't even charge me for it! I had another issue that needed to be escalated to GM motors and Tom was most efficient and effective in getting in touch with GM and ensuring that I got the part free of cost despite the fact that my warranty didn't cover it. The people here work hard to help you fix your car, take on responsibility for their actions and also do their best to save you money. I appreciate their dedication, extreme attention to customer service and their immense knowledge of vehicles and how warranties etc. work. I have been going to this service center for 2 years now and am completely satisfied. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a reliable and honest service center. I took our Honda Civic for a State and emissions inspection. I was very vulnerable, sad, and dizzy from meds I am taking since my husband has been killed in a car accident 2 weeks ago. I did not tell anyone there about this, but when I felt a bit dizzy the person doing the paperwork offered me a bagel (which I did not take, but felt so very grateful for her kindness). I am sorry I did not get her name. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends. P.S. The restrooms were spotless, as was the whole place. More
All I have to say about the TeddBritt Chevy Dealership in Sterling is that they are a JOKE! Classic “Bait and Switch” tactic, based on an advertisement received in the mail, promising 125% of NADA trade-in Sterling is that they are a JOKE! Classic “Bait and Switch” tactic, based on an advertisement received in the mail, promising 125% of NADA trade-in value regardless of year, make, model or payoff, is what lured us in on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. My wife kept telling me that this deal was too good to be true; however, I thought it might be a good chance to be introduced to the Chevy family. So, from Fredericksburg, we made the two hour hike to Sterling to claim this advertisement and purchase an Equinox. I had contacted the dealership a couple of times, through phone and email, to make sure that this deal was legit. I confirmed with them that based upon the NADA trade-in value, my vehicle was valued as a trade-in somewhere between $24,500 and $27,500 depending on condition. They said it was a reasonable trade-in amount without having inspecting the vehicle. Additionally, we had a guarantee offer from Carmax of $26,000, which further my confidence as to the trade-in value of the vehicle. Our car salesman, Mr. Mas Hill, was very pleasant to deal with. However, it wasn’t until the other man behind the desk relayed that the vehicle was worth $21,000, based on NADA, and that $26,000 included the additional 25% increase. Even though I had previously sent a link to the value of the vehicle from NADA, which they had concluded to be reasonable and with a guarantee offer from Carmax for $26,000, they are now singing a different tone of $21,000. I can assure you that the condition of the vehicle is good. The man behind the desk then increased the offer to $28,000 and proceeded to tell me that he was offering me quote “One heck of a deal” and that I should take it. “One heck of a deal” would be to honor your word (aka, advertisement), but I guess that is too much to ask. That’s a bunch of xx to the tenth degree. Thanks, Chevy, for wasting a beautiful Sunday with my family for your big crock of lies. I should send you an invoice for a tank of gas for having to sit on 95 for a bunch of nothing. As my wife would tell me, “Stay away from Sh__ty Chevy”. Lesson Learned! More

Robb, the service technician, also was very courteous and explained the steps he would be taking to correct the car problem. Afterwards, both Chris and Robb came back to me to give a final report.
