It was a phenomenal experience! It began when we did a quick search online and called Ted Britt Chevrolet after being disappointed earlier that evening at another dealership. They picked us up from our location (40 minutes away....it was already 7:30 pm... we were from out of town and had arrived by plane to the area earlier that day). Everyone was very personable and friendly. Omar took down key pieces of information over the telephone prior to our arrival, which made the process upon arrival SEAMLESS! We viewed the vehicle, which was immaculately cleaned and polished, and Carmello provided us with the details of how to operate the vehicle and all of its features. In addition to finally getting the vehicle we wanted, we were pleased the price quoted on phone was actually the price prepared on the paperwork! We are so impressed with Omar, Carmello and Matt. I was a customer of Sterling Chevrolet and the service was terrible. I purchased an Avalanche and a Tahoe in 2004 and would return for the Maintenence / service plan and discovered that very little mainte was terrible. I said that I would never go back there ever! However, I noticed Ted Britt had taken over and I went in to see if it was going to be different. Was greated by friendly staff, mainly Hook Pagnotta and...well so far it has been a very nice experience and I purchased a new Avalanche. I hope that this experience continues for the next few years of returning for service or what ever the reason for going there. More

I drove from very far away to get a license plate bracket put on the front of my newly bought vehicle. Purchased a used Vette on 1/13/2013. Noticed and discovered some major issues with the vehicle. Went back to Dealership and discussed with Jason who was extremely responsive and accomodating. This was my first purchase from Ted Britt, I have been a loyal Koons customer for many years (purchsed 5 new vehicles from them). I must say that the customer service level received from both Jason and Ronald are outstanding by any standard. Of course my dealing were with these two gentlemen so my review is based on their ethics. I recommend them with 100% confidance. 2/16/2013 Update: the staff at Ted Britt continue to surprise me! I can not say it enough, these folks are OUTSTANDING! They also employ the best mechanic in the DC area! Thomas Miller is a genius! If anyone reading this owns a vette and need any mechanical work, please be sure to bring your car here, he knows Z06's like the palm of his hand!
