I had a cracked dash board and my truck was out of the warranty period. I called GM and told them the situation. They told me to take my truck to a dealer and have them look at it. He and Nick worked their magic and got my dash replaced at a considerable discount. It was a phenomenal experience! It began when we did a quick search online and called Ted Britt Chevrolet after being disappointed earlier that evening at another dealership. They picked us up from our location (40 minutes away....it was already 7:30 pm... we were from out of town and had arrived by plane to the area earlier that day). Everyone was very personable and friendly. Omar took down key pieces of information over the telephone prior to our arrival, which made the process upon arrival SEAMLESS! We viewed the vehicle, which was immaculately cleaned and polished, and Carmello provided us with the details of how to operate the vehicle and all of its features. I was a customer of Sterling Chevrolet and the service was terrible. I purchased an Avalanche and a Tahoe in 2004 and would return for the Maintenence / service plan and discovered that very little mainte was terrible. I said that I would never go back there ever! However, I noticed Ted Britt had taken over and I went in to see if it was going to be different. Was greated by friendly staff, mainly Hook Pagnotta and...well so far it has been a very nice experience and I purchased a new Avalanche. I hope that this experience continues for the next few years of returning for service or what ever the reason for going there. More
