On Dec 28, 2012 I was ordering a part from another dealer in the area and saw a used truck on the Ted Britt Ford corner. I was not in the market for a vehicle, but stopped by just to look. I met Mike Asay, in the area and saw a used truck on the Ted Britt Ford corner. I was not in the market for a vehicle, but stopped by just to look. I met Mike Asay, who showed me the truck, and eventually sold me the same vehicle. Over the years, I have developed into a buyer who only buys vehicles from people I trust. I have walked away from many deals and dealerships because of the way sales people and/or managers act. Mike is a down to earth, low pressure kind of guy, who is honest to the core. We discussed this used truck (which was really for my son) and I was convinced that this was a great deal, and that I could trust Mike and Ted Britt Ford on this deal. I also met Tony Rivera, a Sales Manager, who is also an upfront and honest person. He made me feel very comfortable with the deal and gave me what I considered to be a more than reasonable deal. Thank you to Ted Britt Ford, Tony and especially to Mike. If more dealers would hire folks like Mike Asay, I believe a lot more cars and trucks would be sold to people like me who are just looking for an honest deal. I would highly recommend Ted Britt Ford to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle. This is the best I have been treated in a dealership over 30 years or buying new and used cars and trucks all over the US. Seek out Mike Asay. He is a person you can trust. More
I am a repeat customer of Ted Britt (Fairfax) and have had my prior F150 serviced in Chantilly. After shopping a new F150 with several local dealers in the DC Metro area via the internet I decided to dro had my prior F150 serviced in Chantilly. After shopping a new F150 with several local dealers in the DC Metro area via the internet I decided to drop in to Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly to see what they could do as I prefer to do my homework but keep my business local if possible. Mike Asay met me in the parking lot and began working with me to locate what I was looking for. He had a truck brought over from Ted Britt in Fairfax and we worked out a very fair deal with all the end of the year rebates, trade-in, etc. Mike was very enjoyable to work with, very low pressure and worked with Dario Beltran to make the deal happen. Dario was also very pleasant to work with and helped get the deal done. Overall I am very pleased with the way I was treated, never felt pressured or jerked around, and it resulted in a great buying experience and great deal on a 2012 F150. Christina Wimish ran me through the Microsoft Sync features and Nina Ross knocked out my paperwork in record time (there was a Patriots game later that night). Overall, great experience and great deal. Love my new truck! More

To be able to drive the car for more than 10 minutes was the deal sealer. My wife had some concerns after signing the final paperwork with the finance section and Dario Beltran observed this and came immediately up to her and asked if there was anything he could do. Once again a selling point for the Ted Britt staff. I have all my service for all my vehicles done at the Chantilly site, even my 1968 GT 500 gets service there. I have bought many vehicles over the years at Tedd Britt and have been pleased with all the sales staff I have dealt with. More

I worked with Dave Hagan, a sales consultant at Ted Britt in Chantilly, who was very respectful and made the experience very comfortable. As a first time car buyer, I was very impressed with the way Dave worked with my budget as he was up-front with all of the vehicles' features and pricing. He put very little pressure on my decision making and was extremely accommodating in every aspect of the word. Very personable and customer centric as well! More

Customer Service: I walked into this dealership without an appointment and with an idea of what I wanted. Keith welcomed me upon my arrival and took the time to methodically tell me all I wanted to know and more. He quickly earned my trust and respect. His personable, and professional demeanor and extensive knowledge about my vehicle and others was second to none! Managers: The price negotiators/decision makers were professional, respectful and willing to make a fair deal for both me and them. I can respect that. When it came time to make a decision I was faced with the final negotiated amount or an option, at their suggestion, to look at another similar vehicle within my desired "as low as possible" price point. They were willing to work with me either way and that is invaluable! At the end of the day, the deal was so great I went with the negotiated price. Financing: They found a lower percentage rate better than USAA! Ya can't beat that. Unbelievable!! Greatly recommend this dealer and strongly recommend Keith for your car purchasing needs. More
We had two experiences with this dealership - the first was about a month before we purchased our 2013 Edge, when we were test driving various SUVs in this vehicle class. The sales staff that night were very friendly and did not pressure us into making a purchase. We took a few out for a spin, and sat on the idea of buying a Ford for a few weeks while we did some budgeting and vehicle comparisons online. Our Second experience was yesterday, when we bought our Edge from Herman Pareja. What an awesome experience. I've purchased two new Acuras and a used Honda, and have to say that this shopping experience was the most STRESS FREE, ENJOYABLE experience BY FAR. Herman was delightful to work with, and was very responsive when the first vehicle we offered was slightly scratched to source another vehicle with identical options on the Fairfax lot. It helped that we had a good sense for what we were willing to pay for the vehicle, and without hesitation Ted Britt price matched even though the vehicle had one more option than what we were interested in. Following our experience with Herman, the two ladies we worked with on financing and Sync service were knowledgable, friendly, and responsive. Financing was a breeze, and our financing expert worked with us to model six or so scenarios based on our downpayment. Again, I think what helped this deal was my wife and I having done our homework prior to entering the dealership so we knew 1.) what to pay 2.) what our downpayment was 3.) what vehicle and option packages we wanted 4.) what other dealers were offering for the vehicle. Quite frankly, if cars weren't so expensive I'd go there again next month just to work with Herman Pareja and the team. We had fun talking cars, test driving, and working the deal. While I originally didn't go to make friends with sales people, the next time we're in the market for a Ford or our friends are in the market for a Ford, Herman Pareja will be our guy. It's a pleasure to work with experienced, confident, no-nonsense sales people who earn business by being genuine; upfront; and pleasant. More
