Wow what a great experience we had last night. We were in the market for a new Fusion and were previously dealing with Sheehy in Warrenton which to put it bluntly, wasnt too great. After a deal falling through with sheehy and making us quite aggravated we decided to give Ted Britt a call up. We first got "Igor" who was very knowledgeable about the car and pleasant to deal with. They only had one Titanium on the lot but it was out of our price range so we passed. The next day I received a call from Josh Estrada (also very pleasant to deal with) asking us what we can do to get us in that car that was on the lot, I said what our payments needed to be and he said he would get back to us. He called me about 45 minutes later to say he could get us in that car for our price range. We came back to the dealership and we were then assigned David Black who was extremely polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about the car. Christine in finance was pleasant to deal with and so was christina in customer service. Ted Britt was also able to get us a better rate than sheehy. Both David Christina were a great help in showing us the features on the car, and I will definitely buy from ted britt in the future. More

I recently purchased a 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid from Koons Ford. I have had the truck for two months and the brakes started squeaking. I went to the Ted Britt ford because it is right down the street from my Ford. I have had the truck for two months and the brakes started squeaking. I went to the Ted Britt ford because it is right down the street from my house. I was helped by Susan Bushey she was very nice and polite even though I was a half an hour late for my appointment. She looked up my account and advised me that it would be a half hour and directed me to the lounge. The show room was very nice and I talked with one of the salesman he was very nice not push at all. I felt very comfortable at this dealership about 45 minutes later which was fine somethings take a little longer then expected. Susan brought out the mechanic that was working on my truck he was very professional and explain the braking system to me and that they had checked everything, gone for a test drive and had not found anything wrong but also explained that sometimes dirt and dust can get in between the brake pads, which was a great relief to me especially around Christmas. My overall experience was great everyone was very helpful, curtious,and professional. I will be going back to Ted Britt ford with my business in the future and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. More

Took us 2 months to get our registration. Chris was a very good salesman. He helped my girlfriend into her dream car, explained the features, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was extremely helpful during the entire process and even into her dream car, explained the features, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He presented himself as a person, rather than your typical "salesman" persona. Chris also got her a great deal on her car - one that nobody in the area could come close to matching. He went the extra mile for us, and I have no doubt he does for all of his customers. If you're going to Ted Britt in Chantilly, or buying a Ford in the area I highly recommend Chris Macgregor. More

Had some issues after the sale, but Mr. Dario Beltran handled our case pretty darn well. On the side note, we don't regret having talked to him as he is a very chill guy and a breeze to hangout with! The sale was carried out by Keith (a guy so friendly that you'd probably make him your beer buddy!), and he will hopefully get our business on a 2014 Boss 302 and a Navigator L. The bottom line is, people like Dario and Keith are professional enough to know that even a mere $2000 sale can spawn a $100,000 sale out of no-freakin-where ;) More

I'm a first time car buyer and Ryan Carr was able to help me out greatly. I knew the basics of what I wanted and he was able to lay out the different choices. I bought my new 1999 Ford Escort from Ted Britt and when time came to get my 2007 Mustang they unfortunately did not have the model I wanted, so I went to another dealer in the area. Since that time, I rece time came to get my 2007 Mustang they unfortunately did not have the model I wanted, so I went to another dealer in the area. Since that time, I recently started going back to Ted britt for service and find it superior to where I bought my car.
