Friendly and patient with me as I did some extensive car shopping. No hard sells - just the info I wanted and always the chance to drive a car. Even let me take one home over night. Once I'd decided on t shopping. No hard sells - just the info I wanted and always the chance to drive a car. Even let me take one home over night. Once I'd decided on the Ford Fusion Hybrid, negotiating and purchasing was relatively painless. I got a great deal and a great car. More
Absolutely fabulous! I'm a senior military officer and my girlfriend is a retired international business executive. We both found Ted Britt Ford dealership in Chantilly, VA and it's staff to be simply outsta girlfriend is a retired international business executive. We both found Ted Britt Ford dealership in Chantilly, VA and it's staff to be simply outstanding. From the moment Ryan Carr introduced himself to me and my girlfriend outside the showroom on a blazing hot July day (about three weeks before this review) until I drove off with my 2012 Shelby Cobra GT 500 coupe I had a great experience at this Ted Britt dealership. Nina Ross was also very helpful through the paperwork and financing process as was Christina Wimmish with the Synch other other car setup. Everyone satisfied our questions and concerns clearly and directly. I wish to emphasize that Ryan is a genuine automobile enthusiast with expert knowledge of Ford and "pony cars" and this very much influenced my buying decision. I had planned and prepared to buy a Mustang GT when I started and had thoroughly enjoyed a test drive and review of a couple of models on the lot. However, I returned to the showroom from a different door and walked right into the Shelby Cobra, gawked, sat in the driver's seat and concluded it is THE Mustang for grown-ups. I test drove it with Ryan in the front seat and my girlfriend in the back. Ryan was very matter-of-fact and cheerful about describing the Shelby's driving qualities compared to the Mustang GT (and other cars we've owned like Audi) and was very generous with driving tips. We also compared observations about Ford's efforts over the last few years to put some life and lighting back in it's muscle car portfolio. In the end, I found Ryan to be sincere and genuinely passionate about smartly designed and crafted cars - and driving them. (So, it's no surprise that Ryan also has his own Boss 302.) Finally, I arrived at the buying decision that was best for me and I am thankful that Ryan is a straight, good-faith salesman just as he is knowledgable and enthusiastic about sports cars. There's a lesson here for car dealers: Get competent "car nuts" like Ryan in showrooms to introduce people to what a car buying and driving experience should be (F-U-N!) and Ford and other American auto makers can be decisively competitive. This was one of the best experience I have ever had at any American Car Dealership. All the employees were great and were more than willing to help unlike the other Dealerships. My initial contact was with Naznin who put me in touch with Chris. I did all my negotiating via email with Chris. He always responded very quickly to my emails. I contacted several Ford dealerships in with Chris. I did all my negotiating via email with Chris. He always responded very quickly to my emails. I contacted several Ford dealerships in the area and he got me the best deal on my new Focus. There were no surprises when I went in to purchase. The amount we had agreed on via email was the price I paid. He had the car cleaned and ready to go at the front door. We were in and out of the dealership in about 1.5 hrs. Chris is a great salesman and will definitely go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your new car. Finance was great as well - I can't remember her name though. Overall it was an excellent experience! More
It was a very pleasant experience. There were no surprises, no pressure and so far, no worries. Tina greeted us and introduced us to a gentleman (whose name escapes me) and he throughly went over the operation and features of the vehicle. We had personal instruction on the use of the voice activated commands. The financial person (do not recall the name) was very friendly and efficient. The physical space is quite impressive. I cannot think of anything I would change about the experience. More

I came to Ted Britt in May with my friend who was looking for a new car. I wasnt in the market at the time, but then I met a salesman by the name of Chris Ferrarese. This kid is smooth. I bought two cars fr for a new car. I wasnt in the market at the time, but then I met a salesman by the name of Chris Ferrarese. This kid is smooth. I bought two cars from him, one in May, and one in June. Got great deals on both cars, but even better customer service. He even came to my house to fix my seat cover, and not only did he fix the issue, he brought my kids Skittles. They think he is "awesome", and I find myself agreeing with them. 2 cars X 5 stars = 10 stars I will send everyone I know to Ted Britt Ford to see my guy Chris Ferrarese. Like he says, he doesn't make guarrentees, he makes deals! More

The worst sales experience ever - the old lowball offer technique. I entered the dealership advising the sales manager and the salesman that I wanted their lowest price up front - that I would ould not pl technique. I entered the dealership advising the sales manager and the salesman that I wanted their lowest price up front - that I would ould not play the "back and forth" game negotiating price. Despite assurances that would not happen, they tried to do that. The temperature was about 95 degrees and they never even offered a cup of water, all part of their game to wear the customer down both physically and psychologically. Shame on Ted Britt in Chantilly. I left disgusted after their first offer when I was told, "We're just getting started!" Old school dealership tactics. Go elsewhere. More
Don't waste your time dealing with this place for new car sales. What they advertise on the internet, they will not allow you buy for. Bought a 2013 Ford Edge, sticker price of 44,500, I only got for 43,50 sales. What they advertise on the internet, they will not allow you buy for. Bought a 2013 Ford Edge, sticker price of 44,500, I only got for 43,500. Checked the internet price when I got home, sure enough 38,900. Called the sales person, and got the "oh that is adding all the discounts, military discounts, blah blah". THEN, I got the let me talk to my manager tomorrow morning, since he is out this evening. Never heard a word from them. More
