I was very impressed with the professionalism and customer service while I was in the process of purchasing my 2012 Ford Focus at TB Ford in Chantilly. I worked with Tina Williams and she was awesom customer service while I was in the process of purchasing my 2012 Ford Focus at TB Ford in Chantilly. I worked with Tina Williams and she was awesome! She listened to my needs and did not try to put me in a vehicle I didn't want (which two other dealerships didn't do well prior to this instance). I had my 5-year old daughter with me and Tina was great with assisting in the process so we could get the deal done. I didn't feel pressured into anything and I was very comfortable working with Danny, the manager in Sales, and Joey, who works in the Finance area. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Ford. Tina also assisted me once the deal was over in transferring my personal items from my old vehicle to my new one. To Tina's supervisor: SHE NEEDS A PROMOTION DUE TO EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! My rating is a 5, the highest score, based on the customer service I received as well as the efficient and fast rate at which my request was processed. I think that overall the sale was handled fine, except for the first finance officer. To much pressure in a short time. Did not like to be treated like that. I finally came back the next day and finished the paperwork like I told him I would do, and thankfully I had another finance person to work with. If I had to deal with him again, I would have walked out on the deal. That is how mad I got dealing with him. More

We are a comercial customer, and have purchased many vehicals from Ted Britt Ford. The dealer has our info on file so they take care of filling out all the apps and paperwork. Dan was great! He definitely took his time to find me the perfect car. He spent pretty much his entire day with us to help me look at cars, even taking us to the fairfax dealership to look at one car. I didn perfect car. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Tedd Britt, Everyone was friendly and hospitable. We were offered pizza and soda, although it was after we decided to purchase a vehicle. The only thing I would suggest is if a customer wants a specific vehicle and it is available at another dealership, it should be encouraged and supported if that is what the customer wants especially if they are paying for it. If you know a customer is going to buy a vehicle, going above and beyond to get the vehicle they want is very important. Encouraging or suggesting a vehicle that has one small thing the customer doesnt like, could be regrettable for that customer, even if it is something as small as cd changer, or specific color. The customer has to live with that small thing that they didnt want. When they could have recieved it if the dealership had encouraged ordering it from another dealer. The salesman and dealership would still get that sale in the end. All in all we thank you for a great experience, I would reccommend this dealership in the future, and we plan to go back for a certified preowned vehicle. The Campbells More

Went in with an internet promised deal if I ordered a truck. They spent two hours trying to convince me to buy a more expensive vehicle from the lot. When I said I wanted the original deal, they told me the price wasn't guaranteed. I would have to order the vehicle and gamble on what the price would be when delivered - up to full sticker price. When I repeatedly said I wanted to leave and asked for my keys back, they kept trying to convince me to buy their higher-priced truck. I thought Bait and Switch tactics were a thing of the past. More
