She recently brought the car in to Ted Britt for an oil change and a tire repair (due to a small nail hole in it.) The Service Department immediately told her the tire was not repairable and that she would need a new tire (approx. $240). We decided to get a second opinion at Virginia Tire & Auto. They took one look at it and determined it would be a very simple plug job. 15 minutes and $20 later our tire was as good as new, thanks to the responsive technician at Virginia Tire & Auto. More

Ted Britt had "our" vehicle sitting out front as we walked in the dealership. Everyone we worked with was top-notch, friendly, informative, and seemed genuinely concerned about the bad experience we had previously at the local Ford dealership in Louisa, Va. We love our new Explorer and have nothing but rave reviews for the Ted Britt family. Brian was extremely helpful in giving us a crash course on all cool innovations that came with the new vehicle. This was our first new car in 10 years and we were shocked at all the awesome improvements available on vehicles today. Larry Burkes, the sales manager, came out to work with Fernando on the pricing. We quoted the budget that we were working with, and Larry made it happen, again, without any sales pressure. Exceptional Product / Professional People After weeks of comparative vehicle analysis, I narrowed my search down to five luxury SUVs. Before making my decision, I took every aspect into consideration (product, depreciation, warrantee, value/cost to own, insurance, etc.). Subsequently, one of the most important factors considered was, the sales person’s knowledge of the product and the professional manner in which/how they conduct business. Three of the other dealers, could not answer all of my questions. It was not all uncommon to hear, “I’ll check into that and get back to you…” (Knowing all the while – I already knew the answers because I really did my homework on all of the vehicles). My sales person Fernando Rivas not only had all of the answers to every question I presented, but he could back them up with eye popping demonstrations (if you have not looked at the new Lincoln – you are truly missing out!) But what really separated Mr. Rivas apart from the other dealership’s staff, was the professionalism and the curtesy in which he conducted business. Other dealerships had no problem contacting me while on test drives (on other vehicles). Some went as far as to put down anther company’s product. I find that completely unprofessional, pressuring and quite frankly rude. Never once did the sales team at Ted Britt make me feel the slightest bit pressured. From the time I walked on to the lot, until I drove my new 2016 MKX off the lot, the sales team was superb. I can say with all honesty, that I look forward to doing business with Fernando, Jenny and Mathew again! More
