Easy-going and knowledgeable I was in the parking lot looking at several different cars. Had been there about 20-30 minutes with no contact and even walked into the store. It's I was in the parking lot looking at several different cars. Had been there about 20-30 minutes with no contact and even walked into the store. It's nice that sales folks are not all over you like most dealers. I was headed back to my car, and Mike was heading to the building and asked if he could help or ask any questions. I hesitated but then told him I was looking for a new Lincoln to replace my current Lincoln and didn't really see what I wanted. Then he told me they had another remote lot with many more options, so off we went, found what I want, made a deal, and left with the car all in about 3-4 hours. Mike is very knowledgeable, very-easy going, no pressure guy. We found we had some common things about living in the area. Although like most I dread buying a car, this experience was very, very good with no pressure and Mike was a great guy to work with. I highly recommend this dealership and Mike! More

The internet sales guy was super helpful, and set aside 'my' truck and turned me over to Mike Asay. Before I went in, I did the online trade-in appraisal, so when I arrived at the dealership, the process was extremely straight-forward. Mike totally took care of the process and made it move smoothly and painlessly. Only "slight" detractor was the girl doing the up-selling was very persistent...that's probably why they have her doing that, isn't it? More

Every single person that you encounter in the dealership is friendly, knowledgable, and ready to help with anything you need. This is not the case in many dealerships, as we found out during my car search. For example, at the other dealership we visited our sales person was unable to answer any basic questions about the car, and we stood around and waited for long periods of time and were completely ignored by other staff members. During our most recent purchase we worked with William Carson and Larry Burkes Jr. in sales, Mary Burroughs in Human Resources, and a Hokie (like myself) in Finance whose name I can't remember! I changed my mind over 20 times about the type of car that I wanted to look at/test drive and Will was accommodating and cheerful through the entire 2 day process. Larry was positive, friendly, and extremely helpful in figuring out a pricing package that I felt comfortable with as a recent grad and genuinely cared about making sure that I was happy with my new car. Mary was full of energy and humor right when we needed it, as we had begun to tire from all of the paperwork and decision making! Our experience in finance was great as well; I never felt pressured to buy add-ons and increase my pricing package. Overall a great car buying experience! More
