Keep in mind, I have looked for 2 months for a certain color, fabric, and features that were difficult to find. Leonia had great energy, such a positive attitude and was so easy to work with. She walked me through every step of the deal and even wanted to put my new tags on for me. I could not have asked for a better experience and will recommend her to everyone I know in the market for a new car. Professional and Quick Henry Proano had the car I was interested in pulled up front and waiting for me when I got there. If I had wanted a more leisurely experience, they would have spent as much time as I needed. Henry was great. Jenny Kueny handled the customer service and did an awesome job going over all the features of the car with my wife, who is not very techie. Matt Aglio did the finance and was very personable and obviously great at his job. Overall the best car-buying experience I've ever had. More

Ted Britt in general, and especially the Chantilly location, makes it much easier to go through. Our most recent purchase there was in December 2014, and previously in 2010. Prior to that, over the years we have purchased 4 other Fords at Ted Britt (for a total of 6). The down to earth approach has made the last two purchases enjoyable. Specifically our Salesperson Fred Stoner (we've now bought two cars from Fred) and Matt Aglio in Financing. They are very open, honest, and present both the pros and cons of various choices...no unwarranted pressure applied. Over the years since 1992 we've also been nothing but pleased with the Service Teams at Ted Britt (both locations). An all around good experience. More
