They got lucky in that we wanted to buy that car and had shopped around quite a bit to find it. Otherwise they would not have been successful in selling us a vehicle. The salesman acts quick to help but doesn't actually do anything and was uneducated about the car. The finance guy we worked with made us wait for over an hour even though he had no other customers and we had already agreed on a price of the car. Our unhappiness at the time of purchasing the vehicle is nothing compared to what we are currently experiencing in dealing with anyone at Ted Britt. The finance person we dealt with promised us that when the temporary registration expired to just call and they would overnight us some new ones (since the permanent registration was taking close to 6 weeks to process). We have left over 5 messages and called at least 25 times over the last week and a half. Our temporary registration expired yesterday. We can't get anyone to answer the phone besides the front desk, and no one has called us back. We can't find out the status of the permanent registration, and have not been sent more temporary ones. We have a new car we can't drive. ALL of the people at Ted Britt who we've encountered are unprofessional. Please take your business somewhere else. More

Emily Bielanski was superb in finding the right vehicle and transparent price for us and extremely responsive once we had decided on Ford over Honda and Hyundai cars (in email and also on the phone). James Kim was personable, easy to work with and attentive to all our needs in finalizing the sale, guiding us through the process steps and having our car ready for us. Connie Caballero and Jennifer Wainwright gave us personable customer service, familiarized us with special features and support and were very pleasant to deal with. Matt Drennen was extremely informative and expertly guided us through the contract closeout and financing. Overall the Ted Britt Ford Chantilly team provided seamless professional customer service and we look forward to continuing dealer service with them in the future with our new car. More

She made me feel as if her job was to find me the vehicle that fit me, not to just make a sale. Her professionalism and courtesy has guaranteed that I will always come back to Ted Britt first. More

I appreciated the efforts by Jennifer Wainwright to quickly introduce the Syslink systems (and Mike's follow-up on that before I drove away). I trust that Jennifer's assurances about the $1000 protective spray she sold me will pay off over the life of the car. Mary Burrooughs call after the weekend (and on a holiday) demonstrates the dealership's commitment to get the feedback for continual improvement of service. My one concern was some small confusion over the final price (after taxes and fees). In hindsight, it would have helped to start with that number before focusing on the multiple sign-offs on the odometer reading. It was suitably explained and between Mike and Arturo I came away satisfied that I got the best deal on a pre-owned, low mileage CMax. Overall, a great experience. More

He returns calls, unusual in this business, provides updates and is always pleasant and professional. I expected this treatment from the BMW dealer and was never disappointed, so it is nice that a Ford dealer is hiring people who understand the value of customer service. Susan and Christine are also always very helpful and welcoming. I will most certainly consider purchasing my next car from this dealer, assuming the price is right; however, I would just as quickly drop this or any other dealer if I felt I was not being treated in accordance with the money I spend there.
