Horrible Dealership I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. First the price was absolutely ridiculous, no where near what the car was advertised. Second, I dont know how a finance contract would be sublet to another company but this is absolutely a shady practice. Their customer service is horrible and I did not feel welcomed at all. The sales team is not very knowledgable about their vehicles and This dealership has a horrible reputation and I don't recommend anyone going. They are relentless to the point of harrassment. More

Ted Britt Chantilly was the only dealer that said to me 'come let's talk about it', instead of 'no way'. Yes. I paid downpayment almost 40% of total cost, the car which I bought had not so much additional options. (for example, had not alloy wheels, fog lamps..) The car had even accident record. Loan rate was fairly high. So someone can say I overpaid. And whenever I visit auto center the dealer named to get regular maintenance, it's possible for them to demand high price. But replacing unnecessary parts and demanding high price is not uncommon in South Korea, my home country. Rate was high but not so high for me to give up. Above all, the dealer gave me a chance. (Though I felt bad because a manager there said getting a car loan for me is like getting one for 'ghost'.) Maybe I recommend the dealer to no-credit people, even after I returned to my home country, but I won't forget to warn that be prepared to pay more. I checked only 1 name in 'Select Employee(s) worked with:' field because staffs there did (JUST) their jobs. And I wrote internet sales staff's name, who replied 'absolutely' when I asked via Facebook 'can there be a plan'. More
Terrible experience with sales I have been trying to lease a new Fusion Hybrid. I was quoted a price over the phone and when came in the sign the paperwork and inspect the car, the I have been trying to lease a new Fusion Hybrid. I was quoted a price over the phone and when came in the sign the paperwork and inspect the car, the price was not what was quoted over the phone. So I got up and left. The finance guy called me back within 20 minutes and offered what had originally been discussed. After assessing my needs, I chose a slightly different car that was the same price. We set up a time 4 days in the future to do the paperwork and pick up the car. I came at the chosen time and told that my car was scratched due to snow removal and that it was in the repair shop. No one had bothered to call and tell me not to come and waste my time that day. I was told it would be another 5 or 6 days before the car would be ready. After 6 days, I got a call saying the car would be ready the next day. The next day arrived and again it was not ready. So here I am, about two weeks from when I originally went in to sign paperwork and pick up a car and I have no car. I have a busy schedule and I do not trust that when I arrive that I will ACTUALLY be able to pick up my car. I am tired of wasting my time. More

Daniela Vargas worked tirelessly to explain the details of the many contract choices like the extended service plans, triple care, and Ted Britt 4 Life. Lisa Light was completely awesome at explaining the 21st Century technology with blue tooth, vehicle system navigation, and getting us started on the way. The whole experience from beginning to end was truly a team effort... it was such a pleasure working with each of them in their different areas. More
I gave an excellent rating all the way across because from the beginning when I walked in the door to closing the deal and driving away in my new car the service was excellent. The WORST EVER. 9 Hours to buy a company vehicle! Now later to find out the vehicle is not register properly....they registered my Ford F150 as a Lincoln Continental, the tags don't match.....now I'm fac later to find out the vehicle is not register properly....they registered my Ford F150 as a Lincoln Continental, the tags don't match.....now I'm facing fines due to improper registration and the vehicle was to be impounded. I have to drive the vehicle as this is my work vehicle. So I was given 30 days to correct. Now Ted Britt and Manager or the finance person know the situation and promised to correct it will not take my calls or return my calls. This proves the GROSS incompetence at their location. I should have walked when the process took so long, I did not want to lose the time invested. Now its costing me even more time and money. I usually don't take time to review companies. This time I feel I need to warn people. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER. There are others that probably need the business and might appreciate you as a customer. When I spent so much time buying I took many notes....there was construction in process, the crews working were drinking on the job! I Brought it to the managers attention, she did not do anything about it. One of the workers dropped his bottle and broke glass in the parking lot......she still did nothing of it. I should have read the writing on the wall...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. More
