The whole experience took several hours as I went from step to step. First picking the car I liked, we went for a test drive right away. Next we found out that some of the offers were limited on the Ford step to step. First picking the car I liked, we went for a test drive right away. Next we found out that some of the offers were limited on the Ford Focus S that the SE had, so we looked at the differences and I ended up going with a few extra features (we split the price between no features and features). After the car was picked out I talked with the financial person, when he told me the % interest I almost walked out, but luckily my mom was willing to co-sign for a lower rate. Overall the price isn't bad for a new car, and it definitely was an experience. Thanks Ted Britt for my first car purchase from a dealership. More

The amazing VIP pricing and the expert and excellent customer service we received from Leona Durant sealed the deal and we left the dealership astound owners of a focus se that we know our daughter will love and we love ourselves. Leona was quite amazing and really knows what the customer wants. We were so impressed that while we were having our lunch before heading to the dealership that she already called in (not in their lot)the vehicles that we were considering which made our transaction very smooth and quick. Daniela and Jennifer also enhanced our buying experience And for the dealership, Ted Britt has the BEST deal in town. Highly recommend. If you are in the market for one right now, you better go there before somebody else snatches it away from you. More

Horrible Dealership I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. First the price was absolutely ridiculous, no where near what the car was advertised. Second, I dont I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. First the price was absolutely ridiculous, no where near what the car was advertised. Second, I dont know how a finance contract would be sublet to another company but this is absolutely a shady practice. Their customer service is horrible and I did not feel welcomed at all. The sales team is not very knowledgable about their vehicles and This dealership has a horrible reputation and I don't recommend anyone going. They are relentless to the point of harrassment. More

Terrible experience with sales I have been trying to lease a new Fusion Hybrid. I was quoted a price over the phone and when came in the sign the paperwork and inspect the car, the I have been trying to lease a new Fusion Hybrid. I was quoted a price over the phone and when came in the sign the paperwork and inspect the car, the price was not what was quoted over the phone. So I got up and left. The finance guy called me back within 20 minutes and offered what had originally been discussed. After assessing my needs, I chose a slightly different car that was the same price. We set up a time 4 days in the future to do the paperwork and pick up the car. I came at the chosen time and told that my car was scratched due to snow removal and that it was in the repair shop. No one had bothered to call and tell me not to come and waste my time that day. I was told it would be another 5 or 6 days before the car would be ready. After 6 days, I got a call saying the car would be ready the next day. The next day arrived and again it was not ready. So here I am, about two weeks from when I originally went in to sign paperwork and pick up a car and I have no car. I have a busy schedule and I do not trust that when I arrive that I will ACTUALLY be able to pick up my car. I am tired of wasting my time. More
