From the time I walked in to Ted Britt Ford, Lisa Walker took me under her wing, answered all of my questions and treaed me like a #1 customer. Lisa Light explained all of my options as Customer Service representative. She set up my blue tooth app in the car and showed me all of the options available to me in the new car. She also explained all of the options available to me from Ted Britt Ford. She too was very professional. Chris took to me to the car and explained to me the sevices that would be provided to me. They would detail the vehicle and fill it up with gas. He too was very professional. I visited this dealership two times. When I visited this dealership in December I was not happy with the salesman. He did things I felt were not professional. However, I listen to WMZQ and they always prom dealership in December I was not happy with the salesman. He did things I felt were not professional. However, I listen to WMZQ and they always promote this dealership. So I called the dealership and spoke with Mike Kennedy. I explained my situation to him and he assured me that if I came in now I did not have to use the other salesman and that my experience would be different. He was absolutely correct. I was very impressed with how he helped me select a car for my 17 year old daughter. Jen Wainwright explained to my daughter how everything worked and set up her phone to Bluetooth. Sabrina Morgan was wonderful with getting my loan approved. I am really glad that I returned to Ted Britt and was able to work with Mike Kennedy. More

Waqas Asif was atleast knowledgeable with the vehicle and thats the only positive thing I can say about him. Let me start when I made a phone call to schedule a test drive with the new Explorer on 02/07/14. thats the only positive thing I can say about him. An hour before our scheduled appointment I received a call from Waqas saying "you know its night time and you won't be able to see the true color of the car so, would you rather come in tomorrow instead" and insisted the weather for following day will be sunny, werein its going to snow. Strike 1, since when do you hear a car salesman push customer a way? Strike 2, You don't tell customer that if ever you decide to purchase a car you'll be here for a while and its late already. Strike 3, when you schedule a test drive for a specific car you would atleast expect that the car is somewhat ready to be driven but no we have to go to the muddy lot to pick it up, such a waste of time. When we finally decided with the car considering the circumstances of all the negative things I mentioned the price was just too hard to let go. The car we sold them was my wife's Toyota Solara '07. Waqas didn't have the tools to get the tags off the Solara so we were promised that it will be FedEx the following day but a week has pass and we have been communicating through text. I asked him that very following Tuesday if he can give me the tracking no. for the tags, his response was I have it on my desk but I'm not at work today. Okay I texted the following day and no text back so, I called the dealer directly on Friday two days after I texted him and come to find out that the tags where still sitting at his desk. FYI all the text messages made by Waqas is saved and I'll be more than happy to forward everything if needed. Lisa Light promised us that she is the sync girl and that she will set up our phones to sync with the car but it never happened come to find out when the car is finally ready she was nowhere to be found sigh.. I didn't know its optional now when you purchase a brand new car that you get to drive it home with less than a quarter tank apparently Waqas didn't have the voucher to get gas. And offered us that we can take the car as is and just take it some other day to have it detailed because it will take longer and it's late already, I mean IT's A BRAND NEW CAR!!! ENOUGH SAID! Would you take home a filthy BRAND NEW CAR? Infairness to Waqas, yahoo! a positive thing! He offered that we can take it back anytime to get the full tank. I was willing to let go of everything but what pissed me off the most are the tags just come clean and there is no need to lie. I guess I won't be taking my car in for service at any Ted Britt who knows if they're lying as well with the maintenance of my vehicle. Too bad my sister and In-laws were planning on purchasing a FORD EXPLORER but not with Ted Britt anymore if I can only take the car back I will in a heartbeat. Overall all experience with this place In a scale 1 to 10 it's a resounding low 9 and I'm being generous with this rating. This review will be also be in Yelp and Ford forums. Managers of Ted Britt step up and your apologies are nothing if you're not doing anything to fix them. More
I worked with Henry on getting our 2014 escape, they did not have exactly what I wanted but what I came away with is more car then expected and not that much more in price. It was a long day trying to find what I wanted and to get the price I needed but in the end got both. Henry offered to get us food because he knew we were there for a while and made sure we got taken care of. When our time comes for another car will call them and call Henry. My blood is blue so always drive a Ford. Thank you all at Ted Britt. Also Lisa that helped with the deal...she hooked it up as well. More
