Here is my review for the purchase of an F-150 in February 2014. I expressed interest in purchasing an F-150 over the internet and was contacted by Leonia Durant to set up an appointment to come i February 2014. I expressed interest in purchasing an F-150 over the internet and was contacted by Leonia Durant to set up an appointment to come in and look at some. I had printouts from the vehicles I was considering and presented them to Ms. Durant. She looked them up and found that one was already sold, but the other one was still there. Luckily for me it was the one I was wanting more anyway. She took me on the test drive and I was pleased that we actually drove in various areas with different speeds and traffic patterns. After the test drive I agreed to work on some pricing. This is the part I was not looking forward too and one of the reasons I had waited 10 years to purchase another vehicle. I am not patient when it comes to haggling and in the past I have gotten pretty disrespectful towards sale people because I have felt they were not taking my interests into consideration. While going over the pricing with Ms. Durant I did not get that feeling and it actually felt like a business transaction instead of a head butting contest. Her demeanor was calm and agreeable. Next I met the Customer Service Rep, Lisa Light. She was also very helpful and intent on answering questions that I had. She was not pushy in trying to get me to add on additional items I didn't want or was not interested in. She was very knowledgeable about the information she spoke about. She also explained the interactive aspects of the truck that I had no idea about how to use. Lastly, the Finance Service Rep, Jimmy Son, was helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure I was comfortable with my monthly financing and explained some of the added benefits of the different warranties. He gave good advice that seemed to be in my best interest. All in all, it was not a bad experience and rather pleasant. I am pleased and satisfied with the purchase I made. I will go back to Ted Britt in the future to buy vehicles. I hope Leonia will still be working there when I do. Thank Leonia, Lisa and Jimmy for the help. DCM More

The two are very personable, positive attitude, knowledgeable, in their respective job duties. If I were the CEO of Ford, it would be a pleasure to reward people like Joe and Lisa with their hard work and dedication to make customers happy, with some sort of bonus or a paid day off without using their own time to spend with family. Lisa Light's effervesence was contagious. A real delight to talk to and work with! Over 5 decades, I've purchased at least 10 cars, but I always turned down the surface protection applicatiion, until now. Lisa's enthusiasm, and more importantly, her obvious belief in her product convinced to me purchase it this time. And her assistance in syncing my technology was immeasurable. Jimmy Son made the fincial experience very pleasant, which I'm sure is quite a feat. His detailed and clear explanation of the costs and services made my decisions easy. And his unique talent of writing upside down is not only an art, but a very effective communications tool. In all, Ted Britt has a sales team to be proud of, and having used their service group in the past, I'mm looking forward to an exceptional long-term relationship. Bill Lawson More

Daniella Vargas worked hard to get us to the finance rate and payment range we needed to be at. And Lisa Light was very knowledgeable about the aftermarket services that she brought to the table. I visited Ted Britt Ford after building my vehicle on Ford.com and ended up purchasing a brand new Ford Fusion Hybrid. My sales person, Leonia Durant made my visit very pleasant. I contacted Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly, Va thru their website to get a few questions answered. After many e-mails between the Interment Sales Specialist Christian Kresge and Internet Assistant Lucy I had website to get a few questions answered. They were awesome and answered my questions quickly and effectively. Once at the dealership I met with Michael Asay made the whole experience an awesome one. I can not stop talking about how good my experience was. Mike was considerate of my questions and immediately brought me to the vehicles I had previously requested to review.
