Whitney and Lila made the purchase of our vehicle an enjoyable experience! We were battle wary, started our search for a used car in mid-June. We visited 6 dealerships, non were a good experiences. On July 3rd after visiting two dealerships and not finding the car/deal we wanted, we went back to searching the internet. We came across what we thought was the car we wanted, it was 10:15 at night. I decided to call just to see if they would be open on the 4th. Fully expecting to get a recording, imagine our surprise when a friendly voiced answered the phone! I quickly looked for a name on the ad and asked for Whitney, we were tranfered to him, we explained that we were interested in the advertised Prius and if it was still available and if they were open on the 4th we would be there first thing in the morning! Whitney immediately made us feel at ease with his humor and yes they would be open at 10 am. July 4th! No gimmicks or surprises with this vehicle purchase. We were amazed at the number of sale staff and buyers in the showroom and the lot and everyone was calm, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even with the building under renovation the lot and sales area was extremely clean bright and organized. Financing went great also, Nimia and her team handled everything efficiently. Thank you all so such for making purchasing our used vehicle a pleasant experience. This is a great dealership and we definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car. More

Ridiculous that a company like Ted Britt cannot honor the commitments made on the day of the sale, I have been waiting 3 weeks (and still waiting) for a payoff that was promised on the day of the sale. And further, the lack of response to phone calls and emails is what really ticks me off. This is what I truly find unbelievable, Ted Britt's employee's should remember that customers do not expect them to be perfect. However they do expect them to be responsive and to fix things when they go wrong. I am done complaining, but I would like to finish with quote from Sam Walton to whoever chooses to read this complaint, "There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else." Ted Britt you are fired. More
