My name is Doug Peterson and my email is dpeterson@eereed.com I understand the issue of the title not coming from land rover, that is not my problem, so do not call me with that excuse. The deal was $5,000 on the day of the sale, I have been patient, but I am done, as I said before the lack of response is what really bothers me. Last Wednesday I was told the check was cut, by the salesman. I was out of town on business until this morning, I went to pick it up and no check was there. Then when I did locate someone in accounting I was told to call Land Rover and ask them to expedited the title. REALLY is that my job as the customer. I run a Hundred Million Dollar business annually, I know for a fact we would be out of business if any of my employees did not respond timely to the needs of the customer. Oh and btw I was told you guys are completely under staffed and assumed the individual was expecting sympathy from me.

Good Morning! I just spoke to Mr Britt as well as our General Sales Manager, Lisa Walker. I'm happy to say that this should be resolved very shortly. Your check has already been cut and it waiting at our Chantilly location for receipt of the title. This should arrive any time now. As soon as the title arrives, you will be notified and the check will be sent to you. We are on top of it and apologize for the fact that this was not taken care of to your satisfaction before. Our customers and prospective customers are of utmost importance to us and we do our best to make and keep them happy. It makes us sad if a customer is not completely satisfied because anything less than that is a failure on our part. Two things. You will be receiving a survey from Ford shortly. I would like to ask you to hold that survey until you feel comfortable checking the COMPLETELY SATISFIED box meaning that all is resolved and that you feel happy with the resolution.
