Our family went to Ted Britt Ford/Lincoln in Chantilly yesterday. We drove 2 hours from where we reside and we are so glad we did. I don't want to get mushy and such, but it needs to be known, the three / four ladies I had the pleasure to work with while buying a new car made my experience wonderful. I have bought many cars, and frankly I don't have a lot of love for people that want my money and try to be my friend, but this is not the case at the Chantilly Ford, Ted Britt. The ladies I dealt with were concerning, caring, and willing to work hard to get my business, not attend my barbeque as if we were life time friends. These ladies were genuine, and I don't use the term lightly. Whatever HR customer service practice you are utilizing needs to be the bench mark for other businesses. I submit, if this gets to senior management in the Ford company, please consider these ladies as the front-runners for a nice bonus, their customer service is unmatched. I've been a military man for 28 years and I Command respect, and the ladies I dealt with delivered without blinking an eye. This about the 7th car I have bought from Ted Britt Chantilly. I keep coming back to them because I trust them implicitly to give me the best deal possible and to work with me when I need help. This is at least the 4th car that Lila Pezeshkian has sold to us. She is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She works with us, answers our questions and finds out answers to those questions she can't answer. When she gives us a set of figures, I know that she has done her best (even though I push for a better result). I can't say enough good things about Lila and recommend her highly. This is my first experience working with Lisa Light and I am very pleased to have had her expertise when it comes to the little things like applications to protect my vehicle and Ford Motor Company policies.
