I was having trouble with my power steering on Friday (1/4). The first dealer I called said they couldn’t look at it until after the weekend so I tried Ted Britt. They told me to bring it right in. They set me up with a loaner car and I was back at my office in no time. A few hours later the service rep (green team) called and explained what was going on with my car. He walked me through my options (both in terms of service and costs) and answered my questions. After telling him what I wanted to do he said I should expect a call from him on Tuesday. I was able to run some errands and enjoy my weekend because I had the loaner. On Tuesday, the rep called and let me know the car would be ready by noon. I swung by the dealership that afternoon, exchanged the loaner for my car, and was back at work shortly thereafter. The price was exactly what he told me it would be and I haven’t had any problems with the car since. The service was excellent and everyone who helped was friendly, informative, and professional. The overall experience was as enjoyable as any unexpended, out-of-pocket expense could be. I will definitely call them again if I have any problems. More
I did some research online prior to going out shopping for vehicles. Ted Britt Ford Chantilly is close to my office but it was the third dealer I visited. My initial search was for a gently used two yr old vehicle but, after little luck in finding the model and mileage that I was looking for. I noticed Ted Britt Chantilly had a few Certified Pre Owned. Not familiar with Ford’s Certified Pre Owned program, I dropped in and walked the lot on a Sunday, reviewed some of the inventory online and then dropped by the next week. Mike Asay showed me a couple of their great looking vehicles and explained the Pre Owned program to me. Mike was professional but laid back. We talked about some of the different models and swapped contact information. I was in no rush and Mike respected that. After returning a couple days later with a price in mind for one of the vehicles my first and second offer wasn’t met. My search took me to three additional dealer lots and a couple online. Mike kept in touch an once again I didn’t feel rushed and after a couple weeks I returned to Ted Britt and realized that they had more of a selection. Dario Beltran and Mike worked with me on getting me into a great vehicle and meeting my price and then some. I am very satisfied with the vehicle and had a very good experience with everyone at Ted Britt, Mike was even willing to assist me over the phone with a computer glitch in the vehicle during my first 600 mile road trip and followed up with me when I returned to the area. I’ve shared my Ted Britt purchase experience with many of my co-workers and neighbors. A couple weeks after my purchase my neighbor also purchase a Ted Britt Ford. Thanks for everything Mike. More

I like dealing with Mike for many reason, one of the most important is that he never pushed or force you to buy something, not like some other dealers that makes you feel like you have too buy the vehicle that moment. Mike knowledge about cars is amazing,he makes you feel comfortable about your purchase. Keep up the good work and making Ted Britt Ford proud. Ryan is a wonderful sales consultant! He got me an amazing deal on my 2010 Nissan Versa! I mentioned that was the car I was looking for and they had one on their lot. They gave me a wonderful deal on my car and eventually called me back in to let me know that they even got me a lower interest rate so my payment went down! Ryan was extremely helpful and very nice. He was patient with me during my decision making and helped me look for the best insurance provider for me! If I would ever need to purchase a car again, I'd definitely want to go to Ryan! I drove by Ted Britt to look at the new F150's. I had done the research and was ready to buy. I found the truck that I liked on the lot and walked inside to talk to a sales person. A gentleman asked me if I needed help and I told him I was looking to buy a truck, etc... He ended up getting the key and taking me on a test drive. We got back to the dealership and started to work up the numbers. I asked to speak to a manager for negotiation purposes and it turns out I was talking to Gardner Britt III. I was impressed that the guy running the dealership would take me on a test drive and work the deal. I was able to get the deal that I wanted and ended up buying the car that night. There wasn't any pushy sales, it was just easy. I would highly recommend this dealership. I haven't had to service the vehicle yet but I'm hoping it is as easy as buying the truck. More
So here is my story....... Every year I spend Thanksgiving with my family in Virginia . I am from New York..Long Island to be exact. The south shore. Oceanside. I am/was a victim of hurricane Sandy! A lucky one because I only lost my new SUV ! Well my nephews work for Ted Britt and introduced me one of nicest most reputable sales person Fred Stoner! He could not do enough for while purchasing my new Escape! He went above and beyond when I called him on Friday 1/11/13 needing special documents to register my vehicle in New York! He sent me ALL the necessary documents to register my new Escape! Talk about service!! I cannot say enough! Thanks Ted Britt and thanks Fred Stoner! Oh by the way .... This is my FIRST American made car in 30 years!!!!! And I LOVE IT! More

Being one of those people who are real particular (or crazy) about their cars, it's nice to have a dealer that dosn't treat you like just a number - Ted Britt treats you like a customer for life. I recently brought my new '13 Raptor in for service for a malfunction in the climate control . I spoke over the phone to the Service Manager Susan Bushey regarding the issue I was having, and she described to me right off the bat what the issue was, and the 2 resolutions there could be for a fix. She set up my appointment with Andre Epps and I brought the truck in. I knew it could take some time to diagnose what needed to be fixed, and I was given updates on how the service was progressing while in the waiting room. Susan brought me a loaner, and I was called during the day by Andre with the updates for my truck. Ted Britt's Loaner for Life program is awesome. And what a relief to not have to constantly call the dealership to try and get a hold of someone, and more importantly get updates on your car like I've heard people have to do with other car dealers. They keep YOU informed - Susan called me the next morning to tell me everything was good to go. I arrived, picked up the truck (which they washed for me, by the way) and was on my way. You could not ask for better customer service from a dealership.....It starts from the top with Gardner Britt and seems to be a part of every aspect of Ted Britts business, from sales to parts to service.
