The service staff at Ted Britt in Chantilly is by far the best I have experienced. Their care for the customer as well as the vehicle is top notch. My SUV went in for a problem that was not so small; and b best I have experienced. Their care for the customer as well as the vehicle is top notch. My SUV went in for a problem that was not so small; and between my service advisor, Vicki, the service manager, Susan and the technician, Malachi the problem was fixed and I was kept informed throughout the entire process. Always greeted with a smile when I go in which is so refreshing, being known by name, Ted Britt truly takes the time to know its customers and doesn't just consider you just another sale, or another service job. I commend Ted Britt on the hiring of their employees who truly go over and beyond their jobs and it is very apparent. Thank you Vicki, Susan and Malachi!!! More

Kevin McMurtry is always professional, courteous and responsive to our needs. He even went out of his way for 2 WEEKS to find my file book. He searched the ENTIRE building looking for it and after 2 wee responsive to our needs. He even went out of his way for 2 WEEKS to find my file book. Called Mike about the annual service on my wife's Ford Fusion. We setup the appointment for a Friday morning. Got there on-time and Mike took care of everything. In and out fast with no problems. Andre is great! We discuss our spouses, children and pets. Andre is fabulous at getting me in and out when I am in a hurry, yet no matter what he communicates the condition of my car. I also appreciate how I am free to look at and test drive other vehicles while I'm waiting on my car. because of this I've really gotten to know the Ford products and think I have picked out my next vehicle. I have been to the parts department many times for parts needed for my Ford SUV and car. Ed has been there each time and has provided top notch customer service (which I find very rare these days). Not only did he remember me each time I came in, I see that he greets all customers with a smile, and takes the time to look up parts and any other related parts/accessories that are needed...saving me a return visit later that day! He is always helpful and one of the reasons why Ted Britt Ford has the excellent reputation that it has. Give that man a raise! More

The service director Rob Tea THIS DEALER TREATS VETERANS LIKE TRASH I had my ford F150 in for service in DEC 2012 this dealer scratched my wheels!! The service director Rob Teasdale called me a liar!!! When I spoke to the owner G3 He made it right so I decided to give them a second chance this past month but because I was called a LIAR before I decided to protect myself by taking pictures of my vehicle including my odometer mileage! The mileage in my picture matched the service writer’s mileage that he observed and logged in their system!!!! My vehicle was in to have the front rotors changed and my seat frames replaced in my opinion and in the opinion of many service writers and managers 10 miles is a reasonable amount of miles to put on a customer vehicle when test driving before and after the work is done. My truck was driven 84 miles!!!!! WHY???? I don’t know!! I brought it to their attention and showed them my pictures and they acknowledged that 84 miles were put on my vehicle but they have no idea how??? They say their security cameras never saw my truck leave! and then they tried to blame after hours cleaning people(Rob Teasdale Said that)! Fact is they have no answers as to why my vehicle was driven excessively, how it was driven for those 94 miles, or even an apology!!! They just say we know there are 84 miles unaccounted for but we have no answer for you!!!!!! BEWARE!!!! NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE FOR SERVICE THEY WILL JOYRIDE IT AND THEN PLAY DUMB!! THEY BETRAYED MY TRUST AND DONT EVEN CARE!! NOT TO MENTION I AM AN HONORABLY DISCHARGED U.S MARINE VETERAN AND MY TRUCK HAS MY VFW TAGS AND THEY STILL DID THIS TO ME!! AND THE OWNERS BROTHER IS IN THE NAVY WOW!!! More
I was having trouble with my power steering on Friday (1/4). The first dealer I called said they couldn’t look at it until after the weekend so I tried Ted Britt. They told me to bring it right in. They set me up with a loaner car and I was back at my office in no time. A few hours later the service rep (green team) called and explained what was going on with my car. He walked me through my options (both in terms of service and costs) and answered my questions. After telling him what I wanted to do he said I should expect a call from him on Tuesday. I was able to run some errands and enjoy my weekend because I had the loaner. On Tuesday, the rep called and let me know the car would be ready by noon. I swung by the dealership that afternoon, exchanged the loaner for my car, and was back at work shortly thereafter. The price was exactly what he told me it would be and I haven’t had any problems with the car since. The service was excellent and everyone who helped was friendly, informative, and professional. The overall experience was as enjoyable as any unexpended, out-of-pocket expense could be. I will definitely call them again if I have any problems. More
