Andre' is SUPERB! Great customer service skills Andre' is superb every time I come in for service. He goes over and beyond the expected level of service. His personality and care for the customer is Andre' is superb every time I come in for service. He goes over and beyond the expected level of service. His personality and care for the customer is evident. I am always pleased with his skill and communications. He is a treasure to the dealership. I value him and trust him completely. Other service folks I have enjoyed working with are Orlando and Ryan. Both greeted me when I had to return and their level of service was far above the norm. It's great to have happy people who are anxious to satisfy the customer and respect the time of the customer. I cannot speak highly enough of this service department. Best I've ever had in my 61 years! More

Awesome service department! Andre on the green team was absolutely fantastic! I had been hunting down a problem with the power steering on my Crown Victoria, and within a few hou Andre on the green team was absolutely fantastic! I had been hunting down a problem with the power steering on my Crown Victoria, and within a few hours of diagnosis they knew exactly what the problem was. Andre communicated exactly what was going on at every turn, and was always extremely helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend Ted Britt and especially Andre. I usually do my own work, but I will definitely be returning to Ted Britt in the future! More

We love the car and the service through Ted Britt has been extraordinary. Thomas Ramey has been our service representative and has continuously gone over and above what was expected in the servicing of our car. The whole team makes every effort to make certain every detail is attended to and I have never been disappointed. Thank you all for a job well done. We'll see how the service is now that we have gone over our 50k warranty but I have no reason to doubt that it will still be great. More

Service Department Came Through I had some confusion related to a Ford Technical Service Bulletin with the service center. The parts were not available when I brought my car in for I had some confusion related to a Ford Technical Service Bulletin with the service center. The parts were not available when I brought my car in for service. I was frustrated by this and Anre and Susan apologized for the frustration. As such, it was necessary to take my car back home. I received a call 11 days later saying the parts were in and that they would have the repairs completed in a day. I appreciate Andre offering me a convenient option to make the transmission repairs.
