all is well that ends well? I have dealt with Ted Britt for five new vehicle purchases since 1996. That would seem to imply a certain satisfaction with their product, brand, and I have dealt with Ted Britt for five new vehicle purchases since 1996. That would seem to imply a certain satisfaction with their product, brand, and service. But things seem to have changed in the last 12 months - since the last time I dealt with them. In speaking with four separate reps, being pawned off to voice mail, having email ignored, and generally being given neglectful treatment I came to realize that Ted Britt appears to have re-prioritized their values. After being ignored for more than a week and battling to get them to honor their commitment I am pleased to report that Jennifer W. contacted me and finally demonstrated the degree of customer service that I remember them previously having. She was cordial and understanding and she made good on the previous commitment of Ted Britt. To be fair, I have averaged the number of rating stars for each of the relevant categories based on my overall experience. I suppose it's true that all's well that ends well. I appreciate Jennifer's assistance. More

He returns calls, unusual in this business, provides updates and is always pleasant and professional. I expected this treatment from the BMW dealer and was never disappointed, so it is nice that a Ford dealer is hiring people who understand the value of customer service. Susan and Christine are also always very helpful and welcoming. I will most certainly consider purchasing my next car from this dealer, assuming the price is right; however, I would just as quickly drop this or any other dealer if I felt I was not being treated in accordance with the money I spend there. More

My Ford escape and this dealership has been amazing and will come back when my other car dies. This dealerships "loaner for life" program keeps me coming back to this dealership for service since I never have to trade hours of leave from work for service. The work is done right once and the people are honest, friendly, and really seem concerned about my experience. I can't give enough praise over my experience over the past 18 months. More

Excellence in Service! I was #7 in line for the service department first thing on a Monday morning with ride concerns of my newly purchased F-150. I was very impressed with how quickly the check-in process was proceeding. Susan Bushey, the manager, was out there assisting with the initial write-ups. Later in the day I had received an update from Vicki, a service advisor. Robert, the service technician working on my truck even took the time to speak with me about the diagnostics he had performed on the vehicle. When I went to pick it up, the process was just as expedient. Respect for the customer, professionalism, thoroughness, and efficiency is a winning combination and greatly appreciated! More
