It’s under warranty and they still charge a deductible every time i go even though it’s the same problem that they can’t figure out. Their communication with the customer is zero. Zero Updates along the way unless you ask for them and even then it’s minimal. They wouldn’t send me pictures of the original failure. They didn’t even look into the codes at the first visit, and guess what they came right back. I have called and called and called, voicemails, emails, and ZERO RESPONSE FROM THE SERVICE MANAGER, ZERO RESPONSE FROM THE GM. Horrible business. Look at the BBB D- rating… Look at all the terrible reviews on various review sites. Go somewhere else and hope for better. ABSOLUTE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
I purchased a vehicle from Ted Britt Ford several months ago and purchased the tire and wheel warranty as extra from the dealer. I then sold the car to Carmax and emailed Peter Velasquez, Natasha Kapoor, an ago and purchased the tire and wheel warranty as extra from the dealer. I then sold the car to Carmax and emailed Peter Velasquez, Natasha Kapoor, and Saman Usodan multiple times. I filled out the proper paperwork to request my refund and have not heard back from them. This is extremely unfortunate, as this is a simple process; however they refuse to email me back or refund my money that I paid. I highly reccomend not purchasing a vehicle here or dealing with this dealership, as once the vehicle is purchased - there will be no replies or customer service or help. More
We purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer from this dealer two weeks ago. Our sales person, Michael Mills, was amazing! We built and ordered the vehicle, so he kept us abreast through the process. The Finance Manager, Chris Vanmeter, was obnoxious, condescending and disrespectful because we decided we did not want to purchase any of the warranties. We used our own financing, but we respectfully sat through his discussion. He was high-pressure, which doesn’t faze me, but ended up calling us stupid and crazy for not purchasing a warranty. We have purchased many, many cars over the years, so we certainly know what we want and don’t want. I have tried to reach the GM for the dealership as well as the owners - none have returned my call. We buy Ford vehicles regularly, but we will never buy from this dealership again or encourage anyone else to do so. More

This sketchy dealership engaged in bait-and-switch scam for used cars, having me inspect one car that had no cosmetic issues and then sold me another. You should either avoid this car dealership or take pi for used cars, having me inspect one car that had no cosmetic issues and then sold me another. You should either avoid this car dealership or take pictures of the VIN number and every aspect of the car you want to buy when you do the inspection. I have filed complaints against this dealership with BBB, local, and federal consumer protection agencies and would encourage others who experienced the same issues to do the same. Will consider going to the media and file lawsuits against this unethical company if it refuses to acknowledge and respond, and I too would encourage other consumers to do the same. More
On Jan/21/ 2024, I met Jared Blumber who is working as a sales Consultant, he went and took the Honda CR-V out of snow, and it was covered by snow and gave me the key for a test drive. After the test drive, I liked the car and went inside to talk with them about the price, I was looking for certain figure and didn’t came up with a deal and then I left and went and got lunch. I didn’t see this damage and they didn’t mention it. I would like to cancel the transaction. Both Jared Blumber and Brad the manager freaked out and said that please don’t cancel the transaction we will fix it for you. Please bring it back any Sundays and we give you a loaner car and in few days our guy will drive it to Richmond to you and bring the loaner car back. On Jan/28/2024, I brought back the vehicle and met Brad the manager and dropped my vehicle and he gave me a Ford F-150 six-cylinder truck and he said that is all he got for me. On Monday Jan/29/2024, no one called me and then I called the dealer to talk with Jared the sales consultant. He said that they order the parts and it should take few days. Finally, after one and half month, Tommy drove my vehicle back to me I already told to my friends and families who are living in Richmond and NOVA tat ever never go to Ted Britt Ford dealer and never talk with Jared. Such a rude and unprofessional sales consultant. It was unpleasant experience. I hope no one face it from this dealer. More
Bought my f150 from NY. They shipped a damaged truck and tried to blame the shipper. NEW truck had 25 miles on it with scratches and dents? Do not purchase an extended warranty from Ted Britt Ford of Chantilly, VA. If you trade in your vehicle prior to the warranty/contract expiring, you cannot get a refund back. Ted Britt will either send you to a voice message when you call in to request the refund, hang up on you or just put you on hold and ignore you. I’ve emailed, went thru Ford for help, provided a confirmation of sales with mileage etc. and still can’t get a call back or email. Don’t purchase from Ted Britt and if you do don’t purchase any extended warranty. Barry More
