Car Price Jump $4k overnight One day I went by to check out a GT350 in the color and configuration I was looking at. I told them I hadn't made my mind up between that car and two other types, and didn't want to bother them with my indecision. Moses said he understood, and I went on my way. A few days later I get a call asking if I was still interested and I gave him the same answer. Then a day or two later, I got another call. And then another call - from another salesman. Then another call the same day from the general manager. I wanted to ask if they ever spoke to each other about who would call - but apparently that wasn't the case. Needless to say, over the next week or so, I'd get calls to see if I was still interested. Flash forward to two days ago, when I get a call from my initial contact, their online support guy Patrick, asking if I was planning on coming in. I said - slightly reluctantly - that yes, I was going to come in the next day. He says great, and that they'll have the car "ready for me". THEN at 930pm, I get a call from Moses, confirming that I was coming in and that the deal for MSRP still stood. Unprompted, his words. I said great, and hung up. I arrive on time the next day with my wife to look at the car. Moses was busy with other customers. After about 10 minutes, Moses comes over and tells me that his general manager can't do MSRP and that he CAN do $4k over. HA! I tell him that I can't make $4k magically appear, and thank him for making the trip a short one. It was a sort of a blessing in disguise, because I knew that they'd be problematic to work with from all the online reviews and my previous experience on a prospective trade, where they came in $4k under my highest offer. Long story long, I ended up going to Waldorf Ford in Maryland, where they HONORED their deal at MSRP. Avoid this dealership like the plague. More

Also worth mentioning are his 19 years of experience, which were evident as he was knowledgeable and fully answered all my questions. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in my position. Avoid, worst experience ever at a dealership I've given Ted Britt one star but they don't deserve it. In fact, they should owe stars. I dealt with an apparently professional, hard working salesman, Moses Quartey, who was simply sabotaged by the used car manager, Brian Forster. Brian Forster is a shady character whose facial hair obscures his face. Not only was he violently berating an employee as I walked past, but I'm certain he made racist and anti-Muslim comments about that employee and others. As the grandson of a Holocaust survivor, I could not in good conscience do business with an establishment that has elevated someone like this to a manager position. Ted Britt needs to understand that although firms exist to make money, they must also be socially responsible when it is possible. The fact that they continue to retain Brian Forster, someone who is apparently committed to abusing employees and racism, speaks volumes about who they are. If they had any integrity, they'd shut down Brian Forster and promote Moses Quartey. In this case, they lost my money as well as my respect. More

However, it was not AWD and we decided that we needed that, so we went to check out the new Ford Edges at Ted Britt in Fairfax. I was met by Moses Quarty, and no one could have been a more pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful person to work with. It took me a couple of weeks to decide what I did and didn't need in a new car and Moses explained all of the features with knowledge. I never felt pressured, and when I made my final list of "must haves", he searched inventory beyond the immediate vacinity to locate my perfect car. He worked hard to get me every available incentive and bonus, and I was pleased with the final price and the trade in allowed on my 2012. I have bought more than a few new cars over my lifetime, but none have been as pleasant as this experience was, thanks to Moses. More
