When my 2007 Mercury Milan was brought in for its 45,000 mile service, Dan Strouth and the Fairfax "Red Team" treated me with the utmost respect (even though I had not bought my car from Ted Britt). When I returned to pick up my car, I spotted a 2010 Mercury Milan that was a "love at first sight" purchase opportunity. Long story short, I was afforded the kind of enthusiasm and appreciation that any customer could ask for; and finished my visit with the trade-in of my 2007 for the 2010 Milan that I fell in love with. The entire process was a joy to be a part of. My hat is off to Marcus Castellanos (my salesman), whose tie I was honored to cut for display on the "Ted Britt Wall of Fame" (as I was his first client); special thanks to Rick Asay for securing the sweetest possible financing arrangements; a personal "thank you so much" to Carina Thompson for taking the time to greet me with a "hello" and a smile each time she was nearby; my gratitude to Sonny Robinson for helping Marcus and me find our way around "the paperwork mountain"; and when it comes time to close your deal, you will be very impressed by Moe Hamdan - whose professionalism is a testimony to the standards that Ted Britt Ford/Lincoln-Mercury operates by. I do not live in Virginia (I am on a work assignment here); but I would gladly make the trip to Fairfax to continue dealing with this extremely classy and customer-service-oriented dealership at any time in the future. The financial process went very quickly and was a nice experience. Also, the 'get ready' crew cleaned up my truck (it looked like it had been nicely detailed) just prior to my drive-away. To cap it off, Andy Britt, Sales Mgr, stopped by to check on how things had been. He spent a bit of time with me, not the usual perfunctory 30 second 'glad hand.' I have been a customer of this dealership for nearly 15 years, and I will ALWAYS go back to them. Their staff is beyond nice and no matter the circumstances, they always give me exactly what I need. In both cases, Rick Asay came through quickly to get me exactly the car I wanted at a reasonable payment. Today, I wanted to get my mother a newer model vehicle both for her safety and as a birthday gift. Once again, Rick came through. Carina in sales was an absolute dream to work with. The sweetest, nicest salesperson I have ever dealt with. The finance person was great, and the deal they gave me, beyond unbelievable. By the end of the experience, my mother was in a brand new vehicle, and cried she was so happy (well, that and she hugged the staff!) This truly is a top-notch dealership, and I will continue to give them my business in the future. They are all really amazing, and in today's day where customer service is secondary, it is always so nice to go to this dealership for the top-notch treatment they provide. I had been researching vehicles for at least a year - year and a half. Finally narrowed it down to two. Went and test drove both and the Ford Explorer won. Ted Britt in Fairfax, Va. went above and beyond. All the people mentioned above are knowledgeable, friendly, patient and above all they respect the customer. Our customer service rep Nayla Ramadan stayed with us until we fully understood the services and products the dealership offered and provided.....just the nicest person we've ever met. The business manager Leilani Harman searched for and found the right financing, interest rate, and payment for our budget. Leilani accomplished in 10 minutes what we thought would take a couple of hours. The sales manager Joshua Estrada stayed engaged throughout the process and offered us a price we simply could not walk away from. To be the second largest dealership on the east coast yet make us feel we were the most important customers to walk through their doors was an awesome feeling. We highly recommend Ted Britt. More
