Alison is the new car sales manager, and really knows the industry, both from a vehicle and financing perspective. Gary is the Blue Team service manager, and has always gone above and beyond in taking care of my cars. I love the place so much I bought a 2010 Edge and 2010 Mustang within a month of each other. I can recommend Ted Britt for their fairness, honest and willingness to go the extra mile. Ford is the leader right now, and Ted Britt is an superb representative of the brand. More

I live in Hanover, PA but went to this dealer because they offered the best online price and because Ms. Winnie Stovall was pleasant to talk to and wasn't a pushy salesperson. Her customer service was excellent and I went to this dealer ready to buy my new Ford Fusion with them. The problem came when they wanted to run my credit, but yet I was already pre-approved by my credit union, so I objected to that. I did not agree with running my credit for no reason. I had my driver's license and my military ID card (active duty), which had my SSN on it. I spoke with the owner's son, Andy Britt. He assured me that they would not run my credit and he even wrote a statement on the Ford Credit application statement, not to run my credit; only to verify my social security number to prove that I was who I said I was. I also wrote on the application, "do not/not authorized to run credit, only authorized to verify SSN". I was highly upset when I got in the finance office and the lady told me that my credit checked out fine, and she showed me they ran "OFAC"; which meant the dealer's son told me a bold faced lie. What was even more upsetting was that the finance person and Andy Britt were conversing and she was telling him, well, you didn't really run her credit, the clerk did. My response after hearing this, was that he assured me that my credit wouldn't be ran, therefore, he should have told the clerk not to run it. I asked him if he even told the clerk and he told me, no, he didnt'. The clerk that ran my credit (by accident) sincerely apologized. I informed her that it wasn't her fault because the person (Andy Britt) that assured me it wouldn't happen, did not due his due dilligence to make sure it didn't happen. Andy Britt acted as if he didn't care that he lost my business, he said he couldn't think of anything to make it right and that was it. I received no follow up calls or emails from the company. To me, that was horrible, horrible customer service. More
