Poor experience I purchased a used 2007 Corvette from the Ford dealership in Fairfax. First, the salesperson knew next to nothing about the car. He had to take out th I purchased a used 2007 Corvette from the Ford dealership in Fairfax. First, the salesperson knew next to nothing about the car. He had to take out the owner's manual to research certain items. Worse, I had specifically asked about potential issues with gaskets/seals and tires. I was assured there were no problems. Wrong. I had the car inspected in PA and during the inspection they uncovered a major oil leak stemming from, you guessed it, a bad gasket. I was also told the tires should be replaced. I followed up with my sales rep who told me he was all about integrity. When I asked what was going to be done about the issues, he told me to just used the extended warranty I purchased. He said they checked out the car and it was fine. Wrong. It's one thing to talk about integrity. It's another thing to actually demonstrate it. My first and last purchase from any Ted Britt dealership. More

He worked with me over the internet and phone to get a price nailed down so all I had to do was to come to the dealership and sign paperwork to get the vehicle, even arranged to have vehicle tinted prior to my arrival at the dealership. I live about 2 hours south of metro DC so they met me at the train station. Did not pay a penny over the agreed to price, and the price is definitely better than anything I could have gotten anywhere else in the state. No bait & switch tactics or any bad business practices. Their inventory gives them flexibility other dealers can't match, and their sales force not only offers you the best deals, but they treat you courteously and are a pleasure to buy from. Both Naz & Alison were patient with me as I had my 3 year old with me, but everything was handled quickly and we were out the door with my new car. More
