Do not do business with them until you read this!!! I bought a 2008 Subaru tribeca limited from them. Then they gave me a month warranty within the month that I had warranty I contacted them because the I bought a 2008 Subaru tribeca limited from them. Then they gave me a month warranty within the month that I had warranty I contacted them because the engine light came on because I live in Maryland and work and go to college full time I was not able to go there in person. so I contacted them through email, and phone calls and they didn't answer me. After I put a review ratemydealer website then after two weeks later they contacted me (when warranty was over) and they said don't worry We are gonna take care of the problem and stuff so I took it to them and they were not able to fix it so they told me to take it to a Subaru dealership that I took it in the process was happening then they said that it's gonna cost $2500 to get it fixed. ever since they found out the price they are just playing me around. I have already spent 1000$ on the car also the mechanic said that they probably knew about it that is why they did not answer me at the time I had warranty on the car. More

I bought a Chevy Traverse used car in Sterl Good afternoon, Let me tell you how disappointed I am with Ted Britt when I went today to buy a new car. I bought a Chevy Traverse used car in Sterling two years ago and it was fine so far, but we wanted to buy a new one today and we thought to be loyal to Ted Britt so we went to Ford in Fairfax and after 6 hours spending our time, I was not able to buy a new Ford Explorer because my SSN is valid for work only. So I am not qualified for the 0% financing program in 4 years you announce in the webpage. Despite I was asked by the kind seller who attended us about my SSN, I was not aware that Ford Credit could decline my application since I have just bought a house 15 times higher than the price of a Ford Explorer. When I was told by the Finance Manager that my application was declined and we were upset about it, he told us that Ted Britt will pay the difference between the 0% I was offered and the cost for the 4 years finance program which finally end was not true, another one hour and half lost additional to the time we spent there. I feel discriminated and we lost more than 6 hours of our time just because your Finance entity don’t want to sell a new car to a loyal customer. I don’t understand how you want to do business if you don’t pay attention to this type of issues. I think of you are making fraudulent publicity with the 4 years financing program at 0% interest rate which is not true, it was not applicable to me and I can’t believe that you treat your loyal customers in that way. My salesman, Mr. Brian (Hub) Wallenius, handled my trade-in like a boss. I traded in a 2009 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG towards my new car purchase and received a hefty trade-in amount. My finance guy, Mr. Matt Drennen, helped explain all the warranties available. No pressure in selecting one or any at all. I went with the Ted Britt4Life, Premium Power-train, road-side hazard (tire replacement/tow). Essentially, my car is covered head to toe and the deal was too good to pass up! I would recommend going with the paint/interior protection as well. All in all, a long but productive evening spent at the dealership. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for your next domestic car purchase. More

During the discussion the warranty and added features this vehicle provided was the deciding reason we drove to Chantilly instead of going to another dealer. The quick service allowed to get into and out of the dealership with our new SUV in a very short time period. We will return in the future to purchase another vehicle and recommend other do the same. From my first contact over the internet w/ Jimmy McGartland to test driving with Brian Hull and finally purchasing with Brian and Andy Britt the whole experience was positive, fun and low pressure. Brian was very forthcoming about the computer (Sync) differences between 2016 and 2017 models and let me walk away without any pressure or obligation until the 2017s came in. Both Brian and Andy worked hard to find the car I was after and I believe ended up transferring it in from another dealership. They were supportive and helped me coordinate some cosmetic customizations and were able to give me a great deal on my trade in and on my GORGEOUS new Ford Explorer Platinum. I have never had such an honest and friendly experience at a car dealer and I was able to walk away feeling very good about the deal I got and the support I'll continue to receive from the Ted Britt 4 Life program.
