Johan Smit is very knowledgeable, competent and accommodating. I would recommend any of family and friends to go to him directly. I personally do not like car dealerships, but I have to purchase cars for my business. I don't like the "waiting" process and the signing process. Johan has set the bar to ensure that I don't have much wait time and that all paperwork is ready. I appreciate that. Johan is an ambassador to Ford! I just bought an F-150 as my personal car. I am reading some of these reviews about "deals", etc. Ted Britt Ford is a business. Businesses have to make money to operate. They are not going to give away a car and lose money. Ted Britt will, however, get you the best value possible. More

I was helping my son buy his second vehicle when we ran into some credit obstacles. We went to Ted Britt. I spoke with Alison, a floor manager, about an unexpected finance problem. I told her which used car he was interested in and asked if she thought she could finance it. She said it would be hard (and basically impossible on a Sunday), but thought that financing a new Ford would be much easier. That was an insight for me. My son found a new car that looked promising, test drove it, and fell in love. The VIP price was great. And though everything in the finance world was closed, Ted Britt "knew" that the loan would be ok with Ford and closed the deal on a late Sunday night. My son drove home in his brand new 2016 dream car. Thank you Ted Britt for treating us like VIP's. More

Bait and Switch After spending umpteen hours agreeing on a final sale price of the vehicle I had wanted to buy, I was led into the finance office. Only at that time, After spending umpteen hours agreeing on a final sale price of the vehicle I had wanted to buy, I was led into the finance office. Only at that time, did I discover that they attempted to insert 'add on' charges. Previously, the sales staff were quiet about these add-on charges. I refused to pay them, and left without the vehicle. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the blatant deceptive tactics to secure a sale. More
