Unfriendly I called three times to just get some information. I talked to three different people who couldn't help me. I had to eventually call the General Mana I called three times to just get some information. I talked to three different people who couldn't help me. I had to eventually call the General Manager, who was unfriendly and unhelpful. She didn't even bother to apologize for my getting the run around or to thank me when I mentioned that I purchased a vehicle there before. Maybe if I was on the lot with my checkbook it would have been different. More

Very bad experience I have dealt with many car dealers and bought dozens of cars and trucks in my life. Of all the dealers I have used over the last 50 years [have bought cars and pick-ups all over Mich.-Va.- Tn.- Ky.-and class 8 trucks, semis, all over eastern US and even a couple in Canada], Ted Britt Ford is the WORST I have ever dealt with, period. They lied to me to get me there, I drove 425 miles to get there. I knew exactly what I wanted and they had it except one item and it was to be installed and ready for me that day. When I got there I was informed NO they couldn't do that. I would have to take it to a dealer back home and let them install it. They were to clean it while I was signing the paper work. Took 30 minutes of me repeatedly tell finance men I didn't want extra warranty, then they tried to slip an extra $800.00 charge in but luckily I caught it and refused. then I wife came back in the room, She had got so mad and disgusted she went outside to cool off, She informed me they hadn't cleaned the car. all they did was take the window sticker out of the window. It had a long scratch on right rear quarter panel. spot on the rear seat, and bird poop on rear fender. The salesman had said it would be cleaned and scratch buffed out. They took it back again and took care of these issues. It was after dark now. I was mad, my wife was fuming. Trade experience from hell. Never again More

Outstanding, no pressure just competent results Best experience I've had in buying a new vehicle.
