Best car buying experience I've had. Eric was great working with us over two weeks while we were shopping. Lisa and Roxanne were also great walking us through the extended warranty and maintenance packages as well as the Enviro guard, and being patient while I crunched every number and verified the value. I am usually never the person who buys these add ons but I left very pleased and confident with my purchase. Ted Britt was also the best value of all of the ford dealers we researched. More

3rd time buying a vehicle here Went to Ted Britt in Fairfax since this would be my 3rd vehicle I have purchased off of them (first 2 were from Chantilly location). I was looking to Went to Ted Britt in Fairfax since this would be my 3rd vehicle I have purchased off of them (first 2 were from Chantilly location). I was looking to get out of my Fusion Sport and into something more luxury for health reasons. I ended up buying the Edge Limited AWD and can't say enough at how wonderful the vehicle is and the dealership, Michael Havey is the sales guy who I dealt with and he was great from my first phone call to the end, he answered all my questions and was extremely nice and they gave me a GREAT price on the new vehicle as well as my trade in. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone, they are very nice and very professional and willing to go that extra mile for you. More

Researched and obtained certificates through a car buying service, of the three dealers matching my requirements, Tedd Britt Fairfax called me within 8 minutes of my request going in. Decided to go even though it was late. Alison got us set up with Moses and he found what I was looking for, then he took us out so I could find what I really needed and wanted, saved me several thousand $'s. Moses was knowledgeable and very informative. Kathy was very up to speed on options and explained the after sale information and cleared up several points and kept us on track. Aimee Roos in finance did a fantastic job, keeping things light and got me out of there in a very acceptable time span. Everyone listed here stayed well past the closing time to get me set up. A man of his word!! I can't say enough about how enjoyable my experience was at Ted Britt. Steve Solomon was immediately extremely helpful as soon as I got to the dealer I can't say enough about how enjoyable my experience was at Ted Britt. Steve Solomon was immediately extremely helpful as soon as I got to the dealership. I told him what I wanted and the price range I wanted to get to and he found what I was looking for. They beat the price of every other Ford dealership in the area. I can see why they sell more cars than anyone else. In fact the other dealers told me there was no way they could give me the price I got because it beat the best they could do. But true to his word, I walked out the door at the exact price quoted to me......not a penny more. If there is an honest car salesman to be found out there.......it's Steve!! Ask for him when you get there. He will take care of you!! As for the rest of the process, everyone was extremely helpful and professional and the process was about as pain-free as you could ask for! Couldn't recommend a dealership more highly. And trust me, I called every one of the Ford dealers in the area. These guys are the real deal! More
