Absolutely worst customer service.... EVER!! My wife had a tire sensor fault in her car. She works down the street from the Ted Britt Fairfax location. I routinely take my truck there, as well as My wife had a tire sensor fault in her car. She works down the street from the Ted Britt Fairfax location. I routinely take my truck there, as well as her car sometimes. I was unable to be present this trip due to me being out of town. Typically, Jeff Bird takes unbelievable care of my needs as a customer and usually services are done w/out a hiccup. My wife arrived at 10am and requested Mr. Bird when coming into the service center- he was out of the office, so no big deal. Mike Gojmarec was the next representative to present himself. My wife stated the problem. After a few minutes, she was informed of a nail in her tire. Great. She stated that she just wanted it patched and requested a time to pick up. Mike began to try to sell her a tire. She declined and said she just wanted a patch. She then requested a wash and vacuum and was told that it was taken care of in-house and was an additional service charge of $15. She agreed. He told her that the car would be ready after lunch. She never received a call, so she had a co-worker drive her up to the service center. She approached Mike and asked about our vehicle. He stated that the vehicle was taken off the lot to another facility for wash and vacuum. (She was never called/ nor did she authorize for her vehicle to be driven off the property) He then said that he would call when vehicle was ready- no call ever came. At 4pm, my wife went back to recover her vehicle. When asked about the vehicle, Mike just shrugged his shoulders and said they got backed up. The car was finally brought around to the building 30 mins. later. Mike approached my wife and stated "You can go pay now". No apologies. No concern. No nothing. Just complete disrespect to my wife. It WILL NOT be tolerated! More
