My experience in buying a new car I hate car shopping! But I found myself at Ted Britt Ford because of the Britt reputation, business as well as family wise. I was lucky, perhaps blessed, to be met by Nate Ihara. He immediately changed my shopping experiece from one I hate, into a very pleasant experience. He is very knowledgeable of his buiness as well as "reading" people. He patiently sensed that I did not want a "pressure" sales event. He was kind and understanding, even when after spending 4 hours with me to find the one that I liked, I said I wanted to go home and come back the next morning. Thanks to those 2 events, Ted Britt reputation, and having Nate as my salesman, I now have a beautiful Ford Escape Titanium. It's beautiful and fun to drive. I just got it Saturday and have already received many compliments. Once I made the decision, I was then met by two more excellent and pleasant Ted Britt employees: Lindsay to help me through the decisions on maintenance, etc as well as setting up options in the vehicle, and Linda in finance. Both were very professional and pleasant in their respective areas of expertise. I will highly recommend Ted Britt Ford to anyone looking for a car. More

Everyone I spoke/dealt with was pleasant and proffessional, and they cared as much as I did that the work was done right. That's how it should be everywhere, but hasn't been my experience getting paint fixed on previous cars in the past at other body shops. They've really made me feel like a part of the Ted Britt family ever since walking in the door to buy my car, and showed they do top notch work, making me a loyal customer for life! More

Used Lincoln MKZ Hybrid!!! :D This has been the easiest and enjoyable car purchase that I have made, hands down. Over the past 8 years I have purchased 3 Fords, 1 Toyota, 1 Chrysl This has been the easiest and enjoyable car purchase that I have made, hands down. Over the past 8 years I have purchased 3 Fords, 1 Toyota, 1 Chrysler, 1 BMW, and 1 Mini Cooper from different car dealers. Each have had their issues. Marvin Carroll is the NICEST, most PATIENT, car sales person that I have ever worked with. I came in with my husband and 4 kids late on a rainy cold Wednesday night. We came into look at a used Cooper and Fiesta. Kids ran around the lot climbing in the cars, husband sat and fiddled with them. Then we said well, "what do you have new?" So Marvin took us up to see the new cars, kids ran around some more. We went into his office husband and I talked, kids ran around some more. My husband couldn't decide what car he wanted so Marvin brought up the sales screen, let us see it, brought up the internet, let us see that to see what the prices were there to help us make a decision. The entire time NEVER pressing us to purchase a car or saying "well i think that this is the car that you really want because...." Marvin just listened to all our indecisiveness trying to understand what we wanted to do. After about an hour (our doing, not his) we left. That night I went online again and started to search around. Found a completely different car that we wanted to look at. So I called up finance to see if we could get financed for the amount of the Lincoln. They said shouldn't be a problem. I filled out all the fiance paperwork online, went about my day, about 3 hours later got a call saying that we were approved with an interest rate much much lower than I was expecting. They said that they had someone else interested in the car but would hold it for us until we got there. After all that happened I got a call from Marvin, after I called him, to confirm our change in a complete opposite direction from what we had discussed the other night and wanted to know when we could get there so that he could do his best to hold the car for us. So we went back the next night family in tow. Kids ran around the lot, I had a migraine (not from car buying process, from the kids) Marvin found some one to give me Excedrin. I took a nap at Marvin's desk until it went away. Meanwhile, the sale's team was getting the car all "prettied up" and gassed. Lindsay game to give us coupons, and offered to set up the Sync on the car. We met with Roxane to sign all of our paper work. Roxane was super sweet didn't mind the kids running a muck in her office. 2 hours later we were out the door with a new car. I think this is the fastest that we have every purchased a car, which I appreciate. I loved that we were never pressured to hurry up, or told "you should really get this car because...". We were allowed to take out time to make a decision and only go the help that we really needed, when we needed it. I appreciate that I did not get 10,000 calls from the sales person asking when we were going to come back in (granted not that much time has past, but I have been called 20 minutes after I walked out the door before by other car sales people). This is the first car that we have purchased from Ted Britt. We will definitely be coming back in the future. More
