My only complaint was a "reconditioning" fee that was added to the cost of the vehicle that wasn't advertised anywhere and I was put off when it was brought up during negotiating price between my trade in and the purchase price of the vehicle. Also called us each afternoon to update the status - we never had to try and find him to learn what was going on. This Flex replaces our 2009 Flex which we purchased from a competing area dealer. We always have our cars serviced where we purchase them, and we're extremely happy that we chose Ted Britt for this purchase and garnered Gary Funk's expertise and determination in the process. More
